Hangs all the time. Cannot even read the downloaded books. Spend more money on developers plz. Fix this issue

Keeps losing my ebooks and will not allow me to login even after resetting the password. A very frustrating position to be in, especially during exam time

Its very irritating to download all the books repeatedly as everytime this app gets updated all my records are being deleted. Its really pathetic.

I cant access my books while I am in the emergency room treating patients. Worst mistake to get this app.

It's pathetic.. Everytime I update this app it deletes all my record . I've to sign in again and download all the books ,that I've bought ,again

The biggest problem is that it does not use SD card. Image you have 20 medical reference books.

The app is still terrible. Your company should be embarrassed to put out an app the won't even open on a Google phone. I'll keep updating how terrible it is until you fix it

Very helpful with my board exams BUT Often hangs my phone when it is opened for the first time (nexus 5) Brings you back to the start of the chapter every time you close a Figure.

Audio not working with the app. To listen to the audios that come with my book, I have to log into the website, which too works badly.

I have updated recent version but all my book is gone I bought..But after i log in I couldnt access my e-book I bought after I updated..Its not there in my libraru. Pls fix this soon .

Worst app ever, all the pictures and equations are messed up...

I have the Boy Scouts book and forced to use this reader. Everything I click on a chapter, it times out and brings me back to selecting the book to open. Wasted time.

Cannot read some chapters as app message keep saying app stop working. Need fixing asap. Lots of chapters in my books am not able to access.

Terrible app. Would have wished to read on kindle but the bundled book package forced me to get this app. Limits the number of devices. Just terrible

It says I have more devices in registration, but the only one I'm using is my phone. I can't log out in any other device because I'm not using any other. Please help me.

Cannot adjust font size with the latest update. Please fix it. ................ Thank you for fixing it. My problem solved. Can adjust the font size from this update.

When you download the app , do not let them recommend books to buy. They will clog up your library and you can never be sure what books are yours. Turning off this feature is not possible or hard to find.

Those who want to deregister their old device and register new device. Contact customer support of Elsevier via Facebook messenger​. I have found the solution. They will deregister all your devices and than you can register any two devices.

The pop-up window of note should be bigger. No option to copy paste, night mode. No device de-registration system available.

It says you have more devices registered but the only one I'm using is my phone. How can I log out other devices even when I'm not using any. Please help me.

So convenient to read texts that, now I never read pdf books using other apps.

This is a excellent application,but when i updated the ebook,it was not working

After the last update, I cannot open the images of my books. What a disappointment! I am MD and user of Elsevier books. I need the images. Please fix it asap. UPDATE: I cannot highlight too and cannot direct me to the choosed chapter! Was used to be great app, but now it is full disappointment.

I can't access my books on different device. My tab is ruined, now I'm logging in to another device, but I can't find my former books in the library... Any chance ? Will give more star if someone actually can solve this. Thkyou.

Can't open any of my books since the last update. I paid a lot of money for these. They are my clinical references and I need them urgently. This used to be the best ebook format. Terrible!

My book is currently locked to my old phone which I dropped and broke. Also had on my tablet. I did hard reset on my tablet, without first deregistering my book. Now I can't use the book I paid over $80 for!!!! On Amazon you can log in online and deregister any of your devices.

This is good to have. But there is problem in new search to add .

Admin, My previous phone is dead. I can't login to my account. Showing as maximum account limit reached. Help me.

Same problem as those above. The app is useless if it won't allow my device access. Otherwise, before now I'd give it a "4". I'd give it a "5" if it displayed graphs a little better, like in full screen. Currently (when given access that is) it only uses about half of my phone/tablet's screen and makes you scroll around to see parts of the image. Otherwise navigating through books is intuitive enough. I'd change my rating to a "4" if the current bug were fixed.

Unable to continue downloading even after reconnecting once the connection is interrupted. Keeps showing retrying at 0%. Please enable audio player in Android version. It would be great if I can go back into where I left off previously easily, please add in history/recent reads.

UPDATE: Dev emailed me again. Solution remains uninstall (and reinstall). I've uninstalled, as suggested. Compare feedback dates to last app update. ORIGINAL: Not working as expected. Dev was quick to reply, suggested un-downloading book and re-downloading book. No fix. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and it won't even open, it just quits. Just use the mobile version. It works as expected. Put a bookmark to the web version on your home screen. App unusable... Unopenable!

Switched to a new device and deregistered account on 2 devices.. Still unable to log onto the new device... "states log in limit is at limit"... also during usage, the app takes forever to switch into interactive mode and usually doesnt work.. many times had to close and reopen 1000000x before it worked
