Cebu Pacific for Android
App should have the same capabilities as website, wherein there is a tab that displays cheapest fare rate for each day of the month. Plus the option to browse to other dates after "Book a Flight" option, just like the website. This is why everyone goes on main site because it is easier to find cheap flights compared to the app. Simple app interface yet so much limitations. Hope this can improve to lessen traffic on web and that more people can utilize app.
USELESS app for passengers who used getgo points to purchase ticket.(cebu pac will block your manage booking capabilities on their website, then point you to this app.) I am trying to rebook a flight due to medical emergency but because of their designer's incompitence, I am not able to do anything. and calling their call center will cost you money on phone bill because of their long advertisement. (daming kwento bago ka makarating sa gusto mong service.)
I only downloaded this app because my bookings via getgo are not allowed for web check-in (and I really don't understand why. WHYYYYY???). However, check-in function's VERY LIMITED. There's no way to pre-purchase baggage allowance or pre-select seats. I don't really get the point of creating an app that doesn't deliver. Such a waste of memory space. Or maybe, it's CebPac way to get more money from the customers by giving them zero option but to buy baggage allowance via their ticketing counters. Uninstalling now.
Such a waste of time. Cannot quickly indicate birthday. had to go through each month of every year just to select the correct birthdate!! If my birthday is in 1975 I would to go through each month of every year?? What if I had to book for 6 pax? All oldies?? Needs updating
You still havent fixed your app for android. What is wrong with you? It wont let me enter a bihrthdate to book a flight. Incompetantace be thy name. Philipppines Airlines must love u for all the business you give them.
why not provide login to getgo within the app, so that if something go crazy, you can get back to your booking. I book once using this app, and my card was charged and no booking confirmation arrived in my email. my flight was for the following 4am and i thought that the booking failed.i thought that i would call cebupac and ask for reversal of my credit card charges the following day since its late in the evening when i booked it. to my dismay, i found out in the morning past 4am that the booking succeded when i get the itinerary, apparently at 2 am, 5hrs sine my card was charged.
It is a stupid game to book a flight, why, there is no way to see if a flight is already booked out. So you need a few times to go back and change the date. Next your personal data, so far so good til you need to enter your birthdate, for me i am 73 it means, 12 times klick back for each year and a lot more klick klick til i reach 1944. It must be my problem not being able to find a easier way to select my birthday. Sure how can you ask someone with my age to book a simple flight.
My experience was halted immediately when I had to track back 37 years month by month for birth date. This is ridiculous and clearly proves that no one has seriously tested this from an end users perspective. Unfortunately it's this kind of thing that is expected from Cebu Pacific but if an employee is reading this please do something about it. It can't be that hard to fix and maybe I'll get a chance to see if the app actually works.
I have to book a ticket for my parents both born in 1940 then book 2 more tickets for one who's born in 1963 and another 1 in 1979. I have to scroll back to those dates one by one from current date to their birthdays. My carpal tunnel syndrome is acting up due to scrolling decades if dates in your app. Pleasseeee address.
This app could be better! Come on Cebu Pacific! Please put an option for us login so we can just easily manage our flights the same way we do at your website!
CebuPac, please improve the app by copying the options we can see from AirAsia. The option to access our account, the option to see other dates just like in your website. Also, add the option to book or redeem our Getgo points within the app itself. You are a big company, so you better improve the app as well so it will attract more people providing more comfortable and easy experience.

You should provide an app wherein, as much as possible, its functionality is the same with what's in the web (just like the bpi app). Even just a simple login functionality is not provided! It's eating up space and yet the functionality is VERY LIMITED! This app is useless! What a WASTE!
This app is broken. Need to fix this, it's useless. I downloaded this app because i thought it's easier and more convenient here to book flights, but it keeps telling me that the service is unavailable.
Should have the option to login get go.... For more systematic booking and to avoid losing some points.... Since u made this app why not make it more like of your web version
You cannot login like in web site, also no link to getgo membership. Very very basic. Noth worth the space on your phone memory as it is.
Just downloaded and service error appeared.. Useless app.. Dont download it.. Better find other good airline.. This one sucks!
This should be be able to change. And we should be able to log in to our acc. Im booking a flight but i could only see the currency of the place that im going instead of the currency that im supposed to pay
Everything was filled properly but how come in the itinerary, the last name lacks 4 letters and now you will ask me to undergo this hassle of sending emails then you will repsond that your mailbox is full and it is rejecting my message!?!!!!
This app need serious improvement not mentioned web booking as well, email confirmation as well. It works much better 2 yrs ago...
Hi Cebu Pacific, I tried to book and I believe that my transaction was successful.. however, there's no email confirmation received. I don't have the ticket now. :(
Needs to improve ways to search for flights. Needs a way to change travel dates while looking at flight schedules (without starting all over again). Needs to show news/updates (the pop up notificiation) without needing to open a separate browser app.
Whenever I try to check in using the app it stops responding and closes by its own. Not helpful.
I don't know but I think this needs to be upgraded to a more useful version. Why couldn't we log in to our account and just view it from there. It's not so bad to do it, I guess.
Needs a home screen with promo updates and a getgo login integration. Also, add na quick click part for the destination and departure airport for your repeat customers
Worst! Apps just for booking, not show the current promo. When I try to book some flight, after fill many forms, suddenly service not availabe. Return from begining to book & fill all form. Ssuck$!
U can't do anything with this app except check and book a flight once no other features you really need more because I can't use it with getgo
The payment was verified thru phone message but the app cant confirm my flight. What's this? Take your money and good luck to you???

This app is useless. You can only book in,you can't change your booking or anything humph!!!
Effectively useless. With this toy app there is no option to Sign In. There is no facility to Manage Booking. The app has only 2 options available! Book Flight or Check In
It was nice to use for check-in but I hope there are multi-city booking and managing booking. Hard to choose date of birth when booking.
This app sucks! It keeps on saying "server error" you cannot open and use when you need it the most!
How dare you charge 200P for "Mobile Fee"?? and you try to hide it as well
Much easier to book and pay for a seat I the mobile version.
lacks security (anti fraud measures) for credit card payment. app didn't ask for one-time password and email during verification process for the cc payment.
Better if we could log in to our accounts so we check our getgo points.
Most of the time, I get "service unavailable" message hence I can not use the app to book or check in :(
It would be better if this app would give us an option to sign in to our ceb pac acct, and also an option to connect getgo.

I hope that you allow registered GetGo users to login and save their account info. It gets a bit tedious whenever we still have to type our passenger information one by one when it could have just been pulled up from the system via our membership profile (much like what we can do on the desktop website). Also, it helps if we can retrieve saved bookings so we can review upcoming flights and/or make necessary changes. Lastly, redeeming GetGo flights via app will be greatly helpful, especially if there are GetGo seat sales and the website isn't working. Like what's happening now, for instance. We could've had another option to redeem our points via the app.
