Tried several different times to connect, the transfer process would start and once it got to the pictures it would just crash. Makes us look ridiculous infront of customers.

1. This program eliminates existing photo folders (downloads, screen captures, photos, phone pics..etc..) / uncatagorizes them and places all of them into a SINGLE folder. (i had 6 folders, now i have one...) 2. This program does not backup MMS messages...

It skips all my files I'm trying to transfer. It takes very long to scan. Doesn't even get the job done.
