This is pre-installed on Verizon phones. I guess. No info, no help. I had to replace my phone, and this wasn't used at all. No file/content transfer, no nothing. Piece of bloat ware as far as I can see. Verizon ID,. WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN ID. cuz it do do nothin. It will stay open on your phone, using resources, and nothing else as far as I can tell.

This was added to the phones by the Verizon tech so they can transfer old data from your old phones to the new. They have the log in codes, so it's basically useless to us unless you've noticed and written it down. Hopefully this helps answer some questions I've seen in the reviews.
