Checking it out still... Don't like the fact even if I am picking stuff that's supposed to give me more free time... It's not doing it...

Multiple problems logging on hard time adding credit cards or payment information and when finally I was able to achieve all of that the app crashed

Makes it much easier to navigate the app. Easy to talk to my advisor wherever I go.

Not as accurate. Says advisors are away when in fact they on online.

I really enjoy talking to the reader they are honest and will tell you the truth if you like it or not. I will always call them because they are the best reader I have ever listened too .Keen is number one in my book.I guide my life on a ever day basis on what the readers has told me and I never be wrong .They be exactly right on what they have to tell you.

This app is b.s. just because I didn't give a credit card for my so called free reading it would not let me connect.

*update 12/2 the upgrade looks better graphically but there is still no option to add funds unless the advisor is in available status . Please fix this.

It won't let me go to the app every time I try tapping the apo it goes back to my main screen I don't get it

I have been on keen since four years. Honestly even for entertainment purposes it is not worth all the money that gets spent. I have talked to over 10 advisors and not a single one made a true prediction. I mean it, nothing has come true ever in the four years. Giving it two stars because the site is well managed, refunds are issued pretty seamlessly and the chat/phone connections are structurally strong. Face to face psychics are a lot better in my experience.

Cost alot.i was only to chat for 1 or 3 minutes at first then when time was up prompt to add $ if want to continue however had to try 3 times because it said it will not accept my payment using this action. Called the number for help however she was having trouble also.finally after another 2 more times I was able to add time however it was $$. That said the advisor I spoke to was very kind very friendly very funny very helpful.

Still havent found the option. Also only advisors taking calls AND chats show up when you filter to see chats only. Meaning anyone who chats exclusively isn't showing up in the listings on the app! Please fix. I love keen though, just sick of the bugs since july

Everything cost alot and all U can see free is horoscope I can see that online without taking up my memory
