Terrible company it lies on the box and i paid 1100 in the first 2 months and they then cancelled it without telling me because they made a fault with the details.

Doesn't let you disable notifications in the app even though I already get an email to say I've got new feedback. Disabled the notifications through my phone settings and now the ingenie icon in my apps menu constantly says I have a new notification even if I open and close the app or log out and log back in, which is irritating. Pressing the back button with the app open takes you to the how to improve section rather than just closing the app, which is also annoying.

easy to use... good to keep track on driving :)

tried saving details of a driver and after saving, i opened the app back up and there was nothing on there. have to wait to be contacted now, thanks

How can i log in or register or something??

It says my speed is illegal and that I'm over the limit constantly.. which isn't right because I drive like a grandma everywhere because the roads near me are in poor condition and I like my wheels being round. Not only this but a 1.4 beetle is hardly the height of performance and barely reaches the limit m9...

If you get needs improving or worse, could tell you where the incident was or what could make it better. With no map, which my previous insurance company had, they could be lying about the results so you save less. Won't be going with them again.

Be better if it told you your total driven miles and what you have left not just every 10 days when it tells you how much you have driven so you dont have to keep ringing up to check and waiting

Insurance company a joke kept sending me black box messages an half the time the car was never driven over 40

But recent update removed the miles driven with each score review that needs to be back... But like how new update bought notification when score review comes

In all fairness, it's not a bad route to go down insurance wise. Keep near enough to the speed limits and you'll definitely receive a 'Okay 3/4' speed rating, but more often than not you'll find yourself getting 'Good 4/4' ratings with £60 or more being knocked every so often. Be wary of overtaking (especially on the motorway) as I've received 'Needs Improvement 2/4' for making a habit of overtaking slow coaches. Just to clarify, you'll only be granted access to this app once you're fully signed up.

Could tell us were you can Improve when you get an "okay" and tell you were it was you went wrong and did well when you get a "good" but apart from that its very good;)

Firstly they could be a speed so I know what the speed limit is on some roads. Also tell me where I've turned to fast ? Or braked to hard. Why not tell the times and date and the road I did it on then I realy know insted of making me inprove blindly.

Dosent tell me where to improve. Maybe tell us when and where we turned to harshly so it makes it easier to improve

Canceled my policy for going from a 60 to 30 and was at 45 when I crossed the 30 mark

I have tried every which way to get good reports and nothing the best report I have ever got at all green is when I travelled to Nottingham at 80mph most the way there but standard city driving unless u literally drive like a granny it gives us bad reports, I am never going black boxed again

No matter how many times I change my password everytime I try to log in it tells me to reset my password and won't log in. Rubbish app

Would be nice if it told you the routes you've taken (I.e mapped it out for you) and highlighted on map where you were having issues. E..g is there a particular spot on my route that I corner to fast or brake too quickly

Every time i try to log in it says reset password reset it 5 times now amd still wont let me log in please fix this

After the (pointless) tutorial. At the end when trying to select done! The app freezes and will not let me continue. Would be useful as my renewal is up very soon. Please sort this out!

Doesn't work! Log in and it gives me the little tutorial, when I get to the end of the tutorial and press done it crashes and nothing happens, I've tried waiting an hour, uninstalling then re installing the app and spamming the done button! Please get it fixed as I do think it's a brilliant idea.

Whenever I try to sign into the app, before I try to put my password in I get a message saying 'please enter a proper email address'. I have tried using my Gmail account and even created a Hotmail account and linked it to my Ingenie account to see if that would work and it didn't, so what exactly is a proper email address? All passwords are correct. Please fix.

The application itself is unfortunately very buggy, there's even a character limit which meant I couldn't type in my full password, so I had to shorten it. It has also repeatedly crashed when typing in the password. When I eventually managed to log in I couldn't continue because the introduction to the app doesn't have a next or finish button so I had to do everything all over again.

No reports after 14 days... I was told 10 days and 40 miles. Well 40 miles was done on the first day! BS
