Well designed and user friendly. The only problem I have is that it keeps crashing when I try to log on.

Firstly couldn't log in over 4g, only wifi. Usually where I have wifi I have a computer so I can use that, out and about is where the app should be used. As of today I am unable to click on any buttons to change user, enter a PIN etc. Completely unusable for now

Works find on wifi. However once I switch to 4G then I am not able to login. The pin is correct however the redirection to the account smart activity does not seem to be carried out.

It was working until last update, but now it's not . I was extremely satisfied but not now. Please be more careful about this it money related app so you should be extra careful with this kind of updates. EDIT:Bug was fixed in 1 day, Congrats !

I would give this app 5 rating star, though after today's update it's crashing . I cannot even open the app to login it immediately crashes

Unable to login. Displays the pin keyboard but nothing happens when the pin is provided.

After the last update, I cannot use the App. The login screen is displaying but I cannot use the button to select the authentication method.

Otherwise OK. Annoying that due payments are cancelled if only sufficient funds are deposited later in the day. Other banks retry until end of day.

Crashed on login screen after push notifications update

After long wait for an Andoid app and an unsure start, the app is now very well done and with a good Android UI (even if not Material Design compliant). Very nice job, thank you!

Why not support finer print login like on iPhone? Otherwise fine. Somebody big banks offer balance view with no code or login. Which is really nice.

suggested improvements: clickable map of branches and ATMs. Don't force landscape mode on ipad.

After four years of requests, here the ING Lux android app coming! The app is not overall badly designed but it still miss (beside trading features) push notifications for messages and visa transactions which would be really useful. Moreover 3G/4G connection doesn't work very well as it struggles to connect in a secure way to the server.
