I am getting not authorized message. I also entered my PIN as prompted but still am not authorized. What to do?

Getting not authorised even after successful mfa. Fyi, I deployed this on infosys smart phone and my registered phone number is different.

tried to go to the page for adding skills , the app crashes everytime. Please test the app properly before launching it.

I'm unable to get PIN through either SMS or Phone call. I have tried several times, also with different phone numbers but it doesn't work. Please fix this issue.

You are not authorised error

Even after changing the authentication mechanism to SMS getting the error.

It shows as wrong user id or password and says you are not authorize.

It is displaying not authorized when I tried to sign in

When I tried to login it's showing timeout error and later not authorised error.

It it not working in my Mobile. Whenever I am opening this app it closes without any notification. I checked my memory and space, everything is available

After entering my details. Am getting a call asking to enter my pin which I didnt receive..

Logged in using my Infosys Email credentials and successfully completed multi factor authentication just to end up with "You are not authorized" error.

After entering the username if you just type a character it is trying to logging in without pressing the login button and then some error

I entered my pin and all but web page gets expired and say u r not authorized

I installed. When i try to login it takes to 2 factor authentication. I get call asking for pin. Where is the pin?

I have entered otp and pin,still it says not authorized

Clicking 'Skill and Interest Areas' is hanging the phone and closing the app.

It's not responding after few seconds.

Even after successful login it's still showing the login page to enter the credentials

I tried all sorts of method for authentication and my authorization is not getting accepted even after following the instructions. I am still getting message of "You are not Authorized." Kindly look into this.

If I choose only 'open' task then also 'in progressing' tasks are showing.

I was able to log in and got call from Microsoft successfully verified but later after few seconds promted for further verification it did prompt me for any pin please guide me I am new user how to proceed further .......

I have installed app and gone through Microsoft authentication. Once authentication finished i am getting you are not authorized every time i open the app.. please fix it i will change my ratings
