Snap by Infusionsoft

I installed this aap.. There was no sign up button ... clicked on forgot password ... went on web page... there i signed up & got my snap id & pasword...now when i try the same to open the aap..it says NO LINKED AAP FOUND... support team. Kindly help me understand what is it ...

It's awesome and kind of baffling that real people are transcribing. Too bad there is no way to tag those who get scanned! Missing many key features.

This app STINKS! On the off chance that I can get it to show me a clear picture, I hit the "camera" icon and it immediately blurs it up. It takes me AGES just to enter one card. I may as well do it manually!

I love it! It works best when you have a follow up campaign you can start with a tag that gets them on their way. The only reason I didn't market a 5-star is because every once in awhile a card gets stuck and I can't get a close up view to tell whose card it is and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to remove the stucAnd the delay in getting information can be a bummer. Especially if you wait too long and then don't remember where you met someone. I do like the way I snap folder in Pictures folder.

Can't log in

Pity it doesn't seem to recognise some email addresses as valid when they are.

Please add Title, Website, and Multiple Phone Fields with being able to specify mobile, work etc. Also being able to add a contact to a follow up sequence should also be included. I have no idea why they would leave out something so common as Title and Website????

It would not let me on there when I did what it said to do. I HATE THIS APP

It really is a disappointment that it takes a while for the cards to go through the Processing step. I'd like to be able to add notes at the time of scanning before I forget anything I need/want to include. Otherwise, it's a great concept and could be used for basic needs.

My camera won't focus at all when using this app. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. Camera focuses fine outside of this app. Please fix.

The one thing I wish for this app, is that I could turn off notifications. A ring tone notification is one thing, but I don't care for a vibrating notification. If there's a way to turn this off, I'd sure love to hear from you.

I found out the hard way that it can take up to 2 hours for a contact to actually get processed. First u take the pic and then wait up to 2 hrs for someone to manually enter the data. It is not Infusionsoft entering the data it is a 3rd party and they would not tell me the 3rd party source. No where on the app store for the Apple or android devices does it state this delay of 2hrs or that a 3rd party is entering the data.

My camera always freezes when I go to snap a business card. I have a droid data, so it is a high end phone. Used to work fine, now I can't really use the app at all.

It's sucking my internal storage of my phone. Please modify to be stored on SD cards. Thanks.

Pro: This is great for quickly adding people into the system and applying tags to start campaigns. Works like a charm. Light application with a lot of marketing power

This app is AMAZING for adding contacts but it is always running draining battery on my phone. It even runs when I do a reboot and don't start the app.

It's great not having to enter all the info from cards yourself. I'd love to have the other fields entered, but only having to enter two or three instead of ten is fabulous. Question though, what happens when you reach 100 cards in a month? I am going to be at three conventions in the next couple of months and I'll be way past that number in short order. I plan on showcasing the IS automation I use by putting new contacts directly into a new campaign while on site and would hate to miss out on opportunities due to # restrictions.

Why the app doesn't support all the typical fields found on a business card is baffling. e.g. website address?!?

Easy to use and now I can easily follow up with people I meet at trade shows, events, and in person. Sweet!

Wish it worked, but after trying on my Galaxy Note 10.1 (causes it to reboot if i click "snap cards") and on my HTC phone it is very unstable and i could not get it to work for long. Will review again once it is fixed... Update: Was contacted by product manager, they are working on issues. Added star because of responsiveness!

Great for adding contacts on the go and firing off a campaign while away from a computer. The business card scanner is a real time saver. Great features for a free app.

This could be a great app but at the moment there are too many bugs/too few features for me. 1. Contacts don't always get saved into Infusionsoft. 2. Having a human enter the details sounds like a benefit but not with these humans. 3. Not enough fields, who enters a business card with only 1 phone field and no website field? - not only that but with humans entering the data there is no consistency in which phone number they use, mobile or landline. That will do, as I am out of space!

Adding contacts on the go couldn't be easier!

I would LOVE it, my outside sales personnel would LOVE it Infusionsoft could just make an app where we could access our contacts, add notes, kick off campaigns and sequences and add tags. I would pay for it's development if it meant we could get this ability faster. Not sure why mobile usability hasn't been a priority yet. Can't tell you how much this is needed. Please develop.

Love how everyone who's given 5 stars works for Infusionsoft... Just Google their names + Infusionsoft. Joseph Manna is their "Social Media Guru" while Tyler Wilkins and the rest are programmers or analysts, so I wouldn't take their word for much... Thus far the app seems to work OK. I just hope it has less bugs than the quagmire of Infusionsoft itself. With Infusionsoft's APK and the lack of a more satisfying job than I currently have, I could write a better version of this app in a few weeks.

I'm excited about being able to add and tag a contact via a business card snap shot. Added the first one just now. You take the photo and it processes for a while. When it came out perfectly I was laughing though. No other card scanner I have takes that long or comes back right. I imagined a person processing each one by hand on the other end of the app.

I love the ability to add a contact to Infusionsoft on the go, and tag them to start them into campaigns as necessary. So excited to see that Infusionsoft is beginning to produce mobile compatible content. Keep it coming!

This app does exactly what it says it does. You simply position a business card in the camera, it snaps a photo of it and moments later, it gives you back the data from the business card. I found it easy to use and the fact that it integrates perfectly with Infusionsoft makes it very attractive to people on the go. I found the transcription to be surprisingly accurate -- so it's a must-install for any Infusionsoft user.
