Frankfurt Airport

No way of finding your location and whats around. Useless for this.

It's just an airport guide and flight info

The App can't be used to store or retrieve car park bookings...... these have to be printed off or stored as a photo! It seems to be more important to advertise the shopping possibilities.

App is so slooooow and laggy. Additionally many functions in navigation and elsewhere don"t work and bomb on you all the time. UI is a labyrinth only the developers will know how to use it. Contents incomplete. UX experts needed to turn this from UX hell into something useful. Also too many useless functions .... no concept.

It is useless. I have the account, I get the email mails to change my password even I know my password and shouldn't have to change it. When I try loging in again I get error message. Useless!!

I tried to login to my account via the app, but it was not successful. Every time it returned me to login page.

There is simply too much jam packed in this app without UX being considered. Drop some weight and get the map filters to display in a simple and lite manner.

Poor app but what else could be expected from a dirty mediocre sad excuse of an airport.

It's a cool app.

Poor usability and performance. Too much information about shopping. Too much effort (clicks) to find what you are looking for. Would expect an app which I can ask for a specific information, e.g. waiting times, flight information, where to buy a travel adaptor, how to reach the nearest baggage drop etc. Using my own eyes helps better than using the app

I am surprised that Germans actually made a new app from scratch, instead of fixing the old crap forever. This app provides too much irrelevant information and useless options.

No "My Flight" info, mostly commercial rubbish, plus a recommendation to spend my two hours or more between flights in a mosque, a chapel or a shower.

Very well designed app layout. Easy to navigate every corner, Flight schedules, Parking, Restaurants, lot more...

Power station locations are incorrect

Helpful app for anyone traveling through FRA airport! Downside with the free wifi is that you can't use whatsapp with it...or I can't anyway.

Not too useful if you're transiting to Asia....as there's really not much to discover in that part of the airport.

Very informative, easy to use design. That's the way every airport app should be designed. It really sets the benchmark for other airport authorities out there.

A bit large (6MB). One hour to download upon arrival in Frankfurt.

The only issue I have with this app is that I can't skip the intro screen upon opening - it even plays the sound if the phone's set to noiseless. Otherwise good job.

Airports throughout should base their apps in this one! Easy to navigate. No lengthy code shares to pass through. Excellent maps. Good all round app.
