USELESS APP AND USELESS BANK WITH USELESS PEOPLE WORKING IN IT. THIRD CLASS PATHETIC SERVICE. THEY THEMSELF DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING AND IN WHICH GENERATION THEY ARE LIVING. SHAMELESS

Love the app, its features. Its so easy and simple.just one request after updating the new verson the fronts become bigger than previous, so sometimes all the details like ac no and all this are not fully appear on the screen. Plz solve this issue.

I am a new user... and i entered the cif number but its just keeps validating the cif number and it never proceeds. Poor performance and not reliable at all

Just like their customer service... Unresponsive!... Does even load the available balance when I needed to transfer some funds urgently. The interface is well outdated.

I have no expectations of good services from this app or bank because this is a third class bank in which workers are still behaving like the old days sarkari Babu types and there is no future hope also . merge this bank to any other better government bank

Don't download. Waste of space. Most of times unable to fetch balance. If u have urgent payments to make, then this app will disappoint you.

Unable to replace my card i wanted to do over the call but they asked me to use this app. I tried to use is keep asking me try later and still m able to get my debit card

Worst app i have ever use.no security concern, no login message, no OTP is provided at the time of password changing.It is time consuming and every time it shows network problem. Improve it guys!

Every time i tried to login it is showing "service temporarily unavailable". Please fix the issue as soon as possible. That's why giving 1 star. Shame on you developers...

It is very easy to use. Really it is best app. It's use as transfer money to other account easily and so many uses this app. Like as mini statement ,balance enquiry, online shopping, to create other person's account etc... Worst app for banking.I am irritated. Need improved programming.learn something from other similar apps.really disappointed with CBI.

Very slow app for the time it has been available. I think the developers and the bank are not taking interest to update it to compete with other bank apps.

Login problem is always exit after updated this app! Apply for debit card facility and debit card pin change facility are not available.FD/RD/MMDC closure facility is not available till now!

I must tell u one thing your digital system is totally flop ur net banking and debit cards payments never done .. Worst digital system

Wen i put my CIF number in new registration so its always so to your network its slow and i not able to make my registration its so weird please solve it

Very slow app...not event show current balance...everytime shows "Request can not be processed now. please try again"... Imporve this in next update...

After the update today, just couldn't login. It's running and running and not at all loging into the account. Could not close the app and come out also. Just see how the ICICI app works!

Worst app compare to any other banking app. When you can't handle app don't build it and if you build it, then you should solve problems related to it.

Login problem is always after updating app and problem in checking balance. Plz improve these things

Registration karne ke bad sirfh ek bar khulata hai , use hota hai... uske bad... dobara login karne par thodasa khulake app apne aap bhag jata hai...

It's really bad app for me i request to chaque book an After 300 rupees cut my account aromatically when I go bank manager blame​ me to i have more than request for cheque book very very bad app. This app can't cancel cheque book request and lots of bug in this app don't trust plz. Frnds too slow

Too buggy and takes ages to log in poor app by a government bank time to switch to private banks as they give much better service

It is working perfectly... But I can check only 5 last transaction history which should be increased to at least 10..

I can not receive OTP and there was no options to recharge my jio prepaid card so i just hate it .

The main reason for me to use use the app is transfer the money through NEFT, But the beneficiary which I have added through online banking is not available here which is very disappointing. Need to updater the facility
