Välkommen till Osby kommuns felanmälan för gata- och parkmiljö

Denna app är ett verktyg som gör det möjligt för dig att påverka vår kommun genom att du snabbt och enkelt kan rapportera in fel och saker som behöver åtgärdas i vår offentliga miljö.
Du kan enkelt göra en felanmälan av till exempel:
• hål i gatan
• nedfallna träd
• trasig gatubelysning
• lekplatser
• fulla papperskorgar och mycket annat
Du kan även bifoga ett foto på det du vill felanmäla som komplement till din anmälan. Din anmälan skickas sedan automatiskt till kommunens samhällsbyggnadskontor för snabbast möjliga hantering.
Du som anmälare kan välja att få återkoppling via e-post eller sms. På så sätt kan du följa ärendets gång från det att anmälan mottagits till att den åtgärdas.
Observera att appen endast omfattar kommunens tekniska delar. Har du synpunkter eller klagomål på kommunens övriga verksamheter ber vi dig att istället använda kommunens synpunktsfunktion på www.osby.se.

This app is a tool that enables you to affect our municipality by allowing you to quickly and easily report the mistakes and things that need to be addressed in our public environment.
You can easily make a service request, for example:
• hole in the street
• fallen trees
• broken street lights
• playgrounds
• full bins and much more
You can also attach a photo you want felanmäla to complement your registration. Your application is then sent automatically to the municipality's Environment office for the fastest possible handling.
You as notifier can choose to receive feedback via email or SMS. This way, you can follow the proceedings from the receipt of the notification to the addressed.
Note that the app only covers municipal technical parts. Do you have any comments or complaints about the municipality's other activities we ask you to instead use the municipality's point of view function on www.osby.se.
