আলাপন (Alapon)

আমি দুই থেকে তিন বার চেষ্টা করেছি পারিনি।পারলে ইমু ও ভাইবার এর মত সহজ করে দেন? আমরা সবাই ব্যবহার করব ইনশাল্লাহ।

ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশের স্বপ্নপূরণের পথে এটা এক অনন্য পদক্ষেপ।

Not working

অডিও/ভিডিও কল যেটাই করতে চাই না কেন, কোন টোন শুনা যায় না৷ এই এ্যাপ্লিকেশনে ত্রুটি রয়েছে, দ্রুত ডেভেলপ করার অনুরোধ করতেছি৷যদি ডেভেলপ করতে না পারেন তাহলে এই এ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি প্লে স্টোর থেকে তুলে নিন৷ অযথা মানুষের সময় নষ্ট করাবেন না৷

অভিযোগ আমি ৯ম গ্রেডের একজন কর্মকর্তা কিন্তু এনআইডি দিয়ে নিবন্ধন হচ্ছেনা। পে ফিক্সেশন করা আছে তারপরও অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ে যোগাযোগ করতে বলে। করনীয় কি?

I am 9th grade gazetted officer. After installation software I enter my NID, but in return message it shows my NID don't find in pay fixation system. How it's possible! without submitting my pay fixation paper I don't get salary from AG office. So I think alapon need to contact with finance ministry to update system.

আমি ৩৪ বিসিএস এর একজন ক্যাডার। নিয়মিত বেতন ভাতা পাচ্ছি। অথচ এখানে দেখাচ্ছে আমার NID পে ফিক্সেশন সিস্টেমে পাওয়া যায় নি! আজব!

So, it's made by Bangladesh Computer Council??? Sorry to say, but this app is really sick, just like all other Government online services. What's wrong with you? Poor UI, so many bugs, NID required to register bla bla bla. I bet, more than 50% Internet user from BD don't have an NID. Whatever, it's your own, not for public as said. GREAT JOKE WITH knocked out PEEPS!!!

I wanna delete my account from this app. But, how can i do this..?? Let me know, pls. Bcoz accidentally i used my personal mob no in this app. So that it's visible for all which is embarrassing for me. If u suggest me to procedure of changing mob no in this app, then noneed to delete my account.

when I open it, "unfortunately আলাপন has stopped" message shown in my mobile screen. how can I solve it? I use samsung galaxy s duos and os icecream sandwich. Thanks for quick reply

I can not login, during login it say, please try again after insert a valid sim card, but my sim card is valid and with this sim I complete my pay fixation,

There are other institution who get payment from gov but not attached with AG office...like all the commissions...I hve a questions why they r not given access to it..they r not govt employee....according to constitution commission s employees r also public servant...any way its an excellent job...thanks to the govt...we loved it...

this app is really timeworthy initiative.great job done by her excellency PM sheikh hasina and her government.hope that every sector of the government will take part effeciently in order to strech our beloved country way forward.

I am a government employee.but i am not in the grade 9 or above..can i sign in alapon? Is it offensive for me?

Every time I try to register with my name and NID no. it shows "এস.এম.এস পাঠানো যায় নি।". I checked the option "আমি পড়েছি এবং সম্মতি দিচ্ছি।" - An Assistant Commissioner, DC Office

It is say I have to contact the finance ministry for nid to be in profiction or something. So uninstalling it

I want to know that this app only Government job Holder can use.? Or anyone can use it.? And i download this app coz i wanna keep in touch all the ICT news like JSTC coz i'm interest to there.

Channel 24 says today at 10. Pm news.all 14 lakh gov. Service holder can use this app.but you replay only 1 st class officer .means grade 9 to 1.which news is wrong. Your message or channel news.

If any NRB has no NID, then how he/she will use the app alapon? It's not viable to register with NID.

Some unwanted photoes are coming in my mobile gallery. How can I overcome to that situation?

I am an officer of 9th grade..bt unfortunately I cant sign up into this software....whenevr,I enter my NID and full name it says sending text and registering......then as usual the previous windows exist..nothing changed..I tried for several times..bt it doesn't work.pls fix it...

Excellent app for everyone. I think developer should create of this app on windows phone.. I Highly Recommend to everyone...

Need more options and improvement. Call, chat with free text and email facilities are required. It must be made compulsory for govt officials.
