Loved it until I upgraded to s7! Now it will not download. Is this app still supported? I attempted on another phone and still no success. FIXED NOW!! YEA!

Great app use it all the time. I wish the updates for AHA 2015 guide lines were quicker, they can't give an estimated time frame of the updates

I have used this app numerous times in the past without issue. I recently upgraded to the S6 Edge, any upon re-downloading the app, it wont download the images and reads an errors saying issue with SD card. The S6 Edge has no slot for SD card, only the built in memory. Needs to be able to download to memory not just SD card.

I have always used this app and loved it. However upon purchasing my Galaxy s6 I found that it will not download all the illustrations the app needs, and won't run unless it finishes downloading. Fix this glitch and I will change my rating.

As everyone knows, things happen in EMS. Thus, this is this the app for you. I was one of the users affected by the download problem and it is now fixed. Yippee.

I have had this app for a while now that I have new phone it will not load and crashing while loading pics. I am becoming unhappy with android.

I use to LOVE this app but it would fail anytime I tried to continue to a second page of any given section. I uninstalled then reinstalled like suggested and does it the same thing. Crashes when you try to open a page. So do I get my money back since this product is no good? Doubt it.

Is not only helpful to the EMS personnel but will even teach the common lay person things they'd never think of tha could help them save a life 1day.

I purchased this years ago. Now when I start it it wants me to login. So it's a purchased app that won't let me use it without entering extra data.

Great concept. Poor execution. Downloads media files every time I open it. Please fix.

Really disappointed that I've had this app for years and I cannot recall a single update that was actually decent or based off user feedback. Hopefully this will get answered as none of the apps by informed publishing work on the new Moto X Pure Edition phone. Keeps giving errors at the end of downloading all the resources saying to check network and SD card. Even went and bought a new SD card even though I've never had one before and it's still giving the errors.

I loved this app when I first bought it for the iOS, it was very helpful and is a great reference for either on the way to a call or after a call to review what happened! I would give it 5 stars if not for the fact that it continually crashes on a regular basis when I hit certain buttons within the app (I find the "continue reading" button to be the worst offender). If the publisher would address some of these problems it would be great, otherwise this is an excellent guide for the busy paramedic today.

Keeps saying network error after having to re-download the application due to phone reset. Won't let me down load the last 6MB of material. Please fix. This app comes very useful to me.

Where is infomed? App won't install on any device. Paid for this app and abandoned, many reporting the same problem. What gives?

My phone does not have an SD card what can I do if nothing please refund my money.

Downloaded new update and now I have to download images everytime to get into program. Now I can't even get it to do anything. It has been uninstalled from phone. Guess it's time to look for something different. Hopefully they update soon since it's been so long since last update and looking at reviews it appears they don't read them or if they do they don't list to what customers are saying.

I have had this app for a long time. I wanted to look up a drug. When I opened the app I was prompted to download media files. When I selected "yes" I got an error stating that I had no network connection. The media files already exist on my phone but the app will not allow me to continue past the download screen.

Yep...won't even open

I paid for this app and tried downloading the content. It will get to the last 6mb and then it says I have no Internet connection. I wiped my phone thinking that may be the problem still having the same issue

Wont even download on my phone.junk..They should give me my money back.

I cleared a lot of old pics and such off my phone to make room for this app. Wish I could get them back. What a colossal waste of time and money

Worked on my past phones...but no longer on my Samsung note 5 ...due to no SD card...is there an upgrade for the newest devices ?

Like everyone else I paid for this app. It worked for a bit and then constantly crashed. I couldn't go further into the app without having a window pop up and say "this application has suddenly stopped working" so I would select the Send Report option. I've sent off many reports and nothing has changed. Constantly being ignored. I rated this app 1 star but it isn't even worthy of that.

Just like everyone else...the app just crashes! I have sent numerous replys, still having the same problem.

Like all things EMS we get the rise & fall of the next great... The app constantly crashes on jelly bean & is in need of an update, including pics storage & the constant need to reload. Albeit issue prone, the app remains the easiest tool I've come across ever in EMS.

It worked great for awhile and now it crashes every time I open it up. I would love to have it working again.

Unable to use this app after an upgrade and while using on Note 4, this has made a great app that was used frequently to very disappointing. Hopefully it is fixed.

Not worth the money won't run tried reloading still no good wish I could get a refund. It is a worthless piece of crap.

Have had for over a year... Now... Constantly force close! (s3) can't see any content. Very disappointed.

Great App, however like others said they need to fix the media being downloaded to the gallery. The developers need to work on this issue because it's not that hard. Additionally, they are ignoring the crash reports that users send to fix the issues.

How many times are you going to charge me for this app? So far we are up to 4 times I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!

Works great on my HTC Hero. It's a must have!
