Worked great a few years ago. Content doesn't seem to be up to date. Keeps saying that I need to download some content but still won't work

While the information is quite good, it is a little outdated and could use an update. I've also found several times where I have attempted to access different parts of the app, such as Hematology values and Medication Dosages, and the app just stops working and the screen goes blank. It then says that the app has stopped and I need to contact technical support.

What's happened to this app? I've tried contacting customer support for the crashing issue when trying to "continue reading", but I've never received a reply. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing is different. If you charge for an app, stay on your game and keep it functional.

This used to be a great app. But I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy Note 5. I have no SD card, as such, the app will not download to my phones memory even though there is enough space. I've paid for it. But I can't download it.

Tech Support is aware that there is an issue with downloading media files to newer phones (no SD card). However, us longtime users are hearing nothing in the way of a solution. Hurry up, guys!!!

Doesn't let you 'continue reading' = unfortunately the information you seek is having problems & asks if you want to report the problem; I have reported so many times that I am sure I got screwed on my 7.99$! Looks like it would have been helpful if able to actually use! Bummer!

Recently I moved up to the Samsung Galaxy 5 with kitkat. Now when I attempt to use the app it will not allow me to "continue" when the information is on the next page. I contacted customer service and they sent me to technical support who told me they believed the issue was kitkat or my new phone and gave no indication they are working on the issue. No answers, left in limbo. Not happy.

Purchased this app to find out it has issues. I can't open any 2nd page w/o it closing and saying " contact technical assistance". Haven't heard back from them yet! Fix these issues and it might get a better rating.
