HUMENA DEEP

HUMENA DEEP is a HUMENA "Keyword" Meditation synchronous program for unlimited groups of participants distributed over distance. The participants' brainwaves are synced and controlled by NIST Atomic Clock and GPS signals with milliseconds range resolution (despite the distance, location and number of participants).

The target frequency of synchronizing Theta brainwaves is 5Hz. It is in the range of Theta brainwaves that are related to the states of daydreaming, deep relaxation, deep emotions intuition, insights and semi-hypnotic states.
