I was told that reliance has a gud service record. Unfortunately my xperience has been exactly d opposite. I'm pleading them for my sharecertificate name change since 4 months now. I always get d usual reply that they would get it done in 1 week. I guess its time 4 me 2 switch now. And don't worry about the app. It never works.
