Things I love: How easy it is to navigate, how current it feels, how cute the notifications are to update your mood. Things I think could be improved: I would love a way to convert the charts into a pdf or word form and export them for my therapist. Not sure if you can already do that and I'm missing it but I've scoured the app with no luck (I even subscribed). Also, on my Galaxy S4 (I know, ancient at this point) there are no scroll bars in the text boxes so you can't go back and edit longer posts.

TL;DR: So I like it enough to have bought it. The app is .. Nearly perfect. It lets you log multiple moods per day (good), it lets you log simple moods with pictures (good). But. The pictures put me off. They aren't "telling" me enough. And reviewing entries can only be done by the Friends List? And time stamps are only "X days ago" style, not "hh:mm on mm/dd/yyyy"

This app addresses all of the deficiencies that I found with other mood tracking apps. Most importantly, this app tracks emotional state and energy level as separate variables. Also, in addition to allowing for recording multiple entries per day, this is the only app I tested out of nearly two dozen that allows multiple, up to 5 reminder prompts per day. Instead of having to schedule these prompts you simply select 1-5 prompts per day and the app distributes them evenly throughout your day.

This is a good app and on of the few that I have found that actually tracks energy as well. It's easy to use, and it's simple enough to start using straight away. I would like to see them add more in terms of mood (anger/irritability is something I note with my bipolar tracking). Overall, definitely one of the best mood trackers I have tried.

O70%

I have a personality disorder, so it's really hard to always put in my mood swings in the moment. So it's not the best for keeping track of that, just my over all daily moods ish?

I don't know how many times I've tried to get some sort of help getting my Facebook to sync up. It would help me a lot more if I could get my friends listed. The app is average but I'd like it more if I could sync my FB friends.

"Better understand yourself using best and worst rating and mood graph" The graph is not even your own data until you've purchased the R10 a year subscription. The rest of the app is really nice functionally. But the graph is what people really need to see to visualise how their moods are over time and is why I downloaded the app in the first place. Don't put in a fake graph that you don't realise at first isn't even your own. This has not helped my mood honestly.

It stopped sending me reminders after a while. I often ended up forgetting to track my mood because of this. I tried different reminder settings and it just didn't work. Consistently, anyway.

S70%
by S####:

Good app overall, I love the widget and the reminders. My only complaint is that the graph isn't your own data until you buy the subscription. The app description doesn't clarify this. Wish I could get the graph, but none the less will keep using the app.

This is a very privacy invasive app. They literally ask you what you are doing, who you're with and where you are. Um hello! How obvious can you get? This is way creepy and very sad that this poses as a mood tracker app.

K70%
by K####:

I'm not always on a vague scale of happy-energetic to upset-tired. Sometimes I'm mad. Sometimes I'm mentally or emotionally exhausted. Sometimes I'm not upset or depression, but sad. Sometimes I feel scared, anxiety, etc. There aren't enough emotions to choose from to accurately depict how someone could feel. Some people also have mood swings. Other than that, it's a nice concept so far. But it's a long way from me thinking it's worth paying for.

I've had InFlow on my phone for a while now and I have to say it's only good if you actively choose to use it (like any mood tracking apps) Once you do actively choose to use it, it's brilliant!

I think this app is too simple to work for me because my mood changes rapidly from small details. Would be nice if it had a whats on your mind feature. I am glad it helped others.

S70%
by S####:

I like this mood journal quite a bit, but am disappointed that I have to pay to see previous entries.

S70%

The day on my graph is one day later than my actual day, since I live in Vietnam. And you should make the entry could be added on the previous days.

by F####:

It's been extremely useful keeping track of how I'm feeling and the possible reasons behind this. The actual layout of the results and graphs could be a bit more user friendly, though the iPhone version currently seems a bit nicer than the android version. I use it several times a day and it really does help so thank you for a great self help app.

C70%
by C####:

It's so easy to get caught up, especially when you're frustrated, busy, or upset. The reminders are great for pulling you out of the moment and forcing you to notice how you're feeling and what's influencing you. That said, I wish there were more emotion options. It would make the graphs more complicated, but it would be more precise.

I think they are not aware that it has potential of being the best app. I bought it for the graph views and hoped for more. They just seem to have given up on it and moved to another app. This very Beta. Graph view is very messy. Some sections are useless. Etc etc. Better give up on it totally than have it unfinished like that. That's my opinion.

A great app for life loggers, specially those who want to track their emotions and energy level. Doesn't drain your phone's battery unnecessarily.

Looks useful, although the UI is a little wonky (I can't seem to find where my check-ins are besides on the friends list) and I keep getting a message saying something crashed.

Great to track moods and help identify things that affect them, also a handy record to show to health professionals

But iy seems like some important features are paid. For example, seeing a mood graph is a paid feature. To be fair it is only a dollar per year.

This app is helping me find my triggers. And knowing what sets you off and what does is huge. Thank you In Flow team.

I have tried 4/5 ones one this one is the best but it could do with adding more descriptive words like anxiety.

I'm sure I'd love this if I could sign in, but it simply won't let me and tells me something went wrong. Tried again signing up with Facebook to see if that would work but nothing. Tried turning phone on and off, and redownloaded app.

I find it really helpful to follow how my mood changes often through the day. However I'd really like more variables on moods. There is no anxious nervous angry etc. It's very basic, but still gives some idea of mood changes

Good good app. Simple execution which is nice. I'd like to see the "advice" section made a little more... helpful? attractive? And maybe more options on the tracker itself. But it is simple, preloaded with a lot of good activities that you can choose from (and add to). I need to use a little longer and more regularly, but I see this being very helpful for me!

Very easy to use. Reminders are useful and not annoying. Great way to monitor mood and energy levels

Z70%

I wish it tracked more than just mood and energy level, but it's simple to use and I love that it gives me (rather cute/funny) reminders! I've been trying to find mood trackers with a good reminder system and this one is great. It also allows for multiple check-ins per day.

V70%

Can't edit past entries or even review them. App will let me put in anything I want but wants me to pay to do anything else. Also sending me daily emails with so unsubscribe option.

Cute app and interface, I just wish it had more emotions like mad, anxious, etc

Z70%

I haven't had this long but I do like it. Its simple and an easy way to log my emotions. I wish there were more choices of emotions with the faces, but maybe with future updates.
