Time Lines is the biggest issue .. bus departure time @5:30 still in Ahmedabad @ 6:25... .Dear Sir never expected such a pathetic service from Patel Travels... 2:30 is departure time and 4:00 pm I am still in Ahmedabad and they are feeling passangers at Sarkhej... I hope you understand and respect the priority of time of your passangers travelling ... I hope you will take some actions

This is very pathetic service providing company. They don't care for customers, just care for money. They don't even pick up the call from customer & even after 8-10 tries if phone call was received by them their behaviour if very bad. They behave like they don't care for customers. Even if their customer is getting died, they don't care for him. Even GSRTC is providing better service than this.

I was doing journey from Rajkot to Reliance... why entertainment through TV is not providing throughout the journey.... Upon my humble request the bus cleaner, he is behaving like a CEO of Patel tours & travels and denied our request considering us as a beggar .... kindly improve level of your provision of services... and teach your staff to behave properly...

Very bad behavior of driver and assistant, I visited many times in patel travels, always there are problems related to seats even in Volvo,they claim they are taking more charges for their services. Even in Volvo I faced push back seat problems very poor speakers and most important they don't know how to talk with the customers.Never reached on time in Rajkot to Vadodara trip at 2:00 pm to 8:30. This bus always reaches Vadodara at 10:00 pm. simply crual servic I hope someone must compete with this cruelty.

At this last diwali holiday end time call and say "your bus is cancelled , arrange in other bus your self". FIRST BE HONEST.

You are charging Volvo bus charges and sitting on normal third a/c bus, today I have booked 7:30 am Volvo bus for Ahmedabad to Rajkot but you are cancelled this bus and my booking shifted to 8:00am Volvo bus from S G Highway, your bus start 8:30 am from S G Highway and reached ujala circle again you are cancelled this bus and change normal third class a/c bus today evening I am returns Rajkot to Ahmedabad but not in your bus, I am paying Rs. 900 for 2 seat and nearby seat person paid Rs. 300 for 1 seat

Time shown from mumbai to rajkot 8.50pm to 7.45 am cheating by showing schedule..i am till two hours far from rajkot its 10.15 now

All destination not support. I was try to book ticket for A to B but B is not showing any bus bu if you book ticket A to C then you book ticket for only C then where is the *B*...?????.....

Booked a ticket from Jamnagar to AMD Airport for 31.07.16. The bus broke down mid way, the staff asked us to shift to another bus which was of Tulsi Travels. Though we paid the charges till AMD Airport to Patel Travels but the bus we shifted to charged us again from that point to Airport. Pathetic service. This was not the first time that Patel Travels bus broke down.

Adipur office is very bad,poor,unclean... They are can't giving me a good service... Worst service I ever seen in other Patel's office.. They don't have waiting area or waiting place.. Your travels is a-one but adipurs office is not good and this is not good for you also for your image..

Its not that much worth to download. And in this world of online, leading companies should be perfect with time and technology.

Bus is late many times. Today bus time was 2:00, but came at 2:15. Also no space to keep water bottles. Told the person at Ahmedabad Office near honest restaurant, he said please give a feedback via email.

bus no. 9998 from: mundra to ahmedabad my pickup point is sundarpuri and time is 11:05 i reached at pickup point @10:55 but 1)bus had gone before i reach. 2)and my seat no. is v but the driver and helper force me to change my seat 3 times. please do something against them.

Bus is available from ahmedabad to porbandar but in app destination is not coming. Y u release app, if u have not proper checked it?
