My first smartwatch. It is NOT working with OnePlus One. The app is freezing and restarting the phone. I can connected via BT though. Not much solace. Will keeping experimenting but it's not looking good. Even connected to my work iPhone to firmware update and it's still not working on OPO. Had to uninstall from iPhone and it now connects. Do not like the small connect radius. Reconnection is difficult.

Set the options how you want.... it won't work that way but set them how you want. So far this stupid watch won't keep it's own options right. It won't even stay in america for it's weather app. Keeps showing me geneva even though I changed it manually. Sound, better be wearing a hearing aid if you think the watch will work for phone calls. Change the options, all you want it goes to the watch everytime. Failure! Poor coding and bad hardware. Poor customer service response as well. My roommate sent them an email over a week ago no response.

Nice design and look. Easy to use. Still the app has some issues. Even though I chose the weather to update automatically, it got stuck right after it started. Could anything be done?

Watch looks great...aps is bad...try since 2 hours to update the watch...see new version but doesn't download. Ota should run without hassle. From a Swiss company I expected swiss master watch quality...love the watch...hate the lousy designed software.

It's my first smartwatch, but I'm a bit tech savvy so instead of panicking and threatening to return it, I will offer some observations I made, hoping that they will lead to some improvements. There are several new and old issues: 1. It hogs the BT connection. This means it disconnects any other connected device. While at it, it drains the phone battery. 2. When answering a call from the phone, it automatically defaults to the watch and you have to manually switch to the handset, while the other person has to wait. 3. If you initiate a call from your phone, it again defaults to the watch. Even if you set the call through the handset, the watch keeps vibrating and providing the default call options, although it is pointless. 4. The notifications only work if the app is open and IN THE FOREGROUND! If you close or simply minimise the app, you will get a sync error on the watch. Apparently it does not have a running background service, or that service simply fails to start. 5. If, in order to get rid of the annoyance from point 2 above, you disable the "Phone Audio" option on the phone as suggested in another post, it will actually completely disconnect the watch from the phone.

Have to unpair and pair this POS everyday. The options can be set but the watch won't properly follow them (so why have them). Poor quality crap wouldn't pay $50 for this watch going to return it.

It's a nice watch but the app doesn't update activities log accurately like there's days i know i completed my 10,000 steps goal and even after sync it only counted 2000 something steps, also the watch is not compatible with other fitness tracking apps so you're confined to this inaccurate kronos app. Greatly disappointed, will probably sell the watch to some unsuspecting fool.

Its ok. Needs more watch faces. None of which you keep showing work. Also the watch needs and update. You should allow to use keyboard to reply. Also one simple simple Game for the watch would he nice.

New watch faces? I updated the latest firmware, but I do not see new watch faces. The pictures in the presentation above are misleading.

No Gmail connectivity, seriously ? Firmware update has removed some options.

Really, you got to do something about that. Instant crashes, weather never ever works at all. Country always resets to Algeria for some reason... Watch just stops to show contact names (only the phone numbers) for some reason... And thats happens with the latest software, fresh instal (all permissions accepted) after phone reboot. Thats on Android 6.0.1 Sony Xperia Z5 if that matters. I'm about to return it...

A buggy app. 1. Notification setting will not be saved and reset after force close (Yes, force close sometimes!). 2. Still got notification from an app even disabled. 3. Weather info is available only if your location is blessed. 4. No indication on the watch face if bluetooth disconnected or have unread notification after wake up from power save mode. Already sent a support request to CS via official website but no reply.

I've followed the instructions I received 3x,s and I'm still not able to connect my gmail to my zeround device...all others i.e. sms, contacts, call history transferred with no problems except my gmail.....it's now been 8 day since I've responded to support person David Varela with no response. Can anyone from the support team help with getting my gmail to transfer to my zeround device? I'm starting to regret my purchase :(

I have had difficulty keeping the BT connected currently every time i try to connect it connects then a little chain icon shows up on the watch and it will disconnect. Its super annoying and i may be taking it back if i cant get it to work.

The worst smartwach that I have ever had .. I contacted support team for 2 times by the e-mail but they didnt answer .. always crash and bad connect

I downloaded that app fine but now trying to set it up but saying I need to turn off the screen overlay but there's no screen overlay app to turn off on my Galaxy Samsung 6 phone, how do I get this so I could finish installing the app on my phone

25/12/16: I just downloaded the app and it kept closing. I have a Nexus 5x. Please fix this. 9/1/17: I can now use the app but my notifications are not working and my watch and app disconnect a lot. Now when I try to log in it says internal server error. I can't use WhatsApp on it either. Fix this, it is extremely disappointing.

Please add more watch faces, the mai reason why I bought this watch was for the diferent types of watch faces. Some faces with black background would be nice

I have and Itech smart watch and this app is absolutely amazing with this watch the app that is supposed to work for it doesn't so I tried this and it hooked right up and everything works perfectly with it

If you add much more creative watch faces I would rate this a four and if you also fix bugs like The country changing to Algeria and etc. I would give you 5 stars....

Thanks for updating the app for Android 7! I'd suggest to add possibility of answering calls from the device the call is picked up. Currently it's quite annoying to have watch synced and connected and answering on the phone, but the call is processed via watch. To talk through the phone, I have to manually change this option while needing the other person to just hang on.

app crash when i open it up. im returning mine today.

Cannot pair to mobile app because the mobile app will not open! Got this for Christmas and cannot even use it :( please help

Changed the update to allow you to set your weather, but I still can't get the units to change from Celsius to Farenheight. Also keeps changing the notifications back to receiving all even though I have repeatedly turned most off. I have updated my country to USA several times and saved it and it keeps reverting back to Algeria. This app needs alot more work.

The watch works good but if you could add the ability to change the temperature to Fahrenheit for the weather, and add the ability of the watch to stay connected while using another bluetooth device for the phone calls. I use a headset for my phone calls and having the ability to still receive emails on the watch while using my headset would be great. Thanks

The weather needs to be change from Celsius to Fahrenheit and also Maps interrupt the watch very badly. When I'm on maps the watch goes crazy, if that can be updated that would be great, and I would like to know how I can fix it so I can get notifications that I want and choose not to get notifications that I don't want. And I would like to be able to change the date setup from ex. (2016.12.19 to 12.19. 2016) Other than that it's a great watch.

Contacted support about weather not reading in Fahrenheit. Not even a future update. Just, sorry we can't do that. Spend the money. Get a good one. There is a reason this is so cheap. Oh and the sleep app is garbage. If you record the sleep time and wake time. You should be able to record the information on a single pie chart, not on separate days.

Hi.i buy this watch and it is very nice.but it's app not good.i can not edit or modify sample message.i can see telgeram message . It,s watch face very less and not beauty.i hope mykronoz compony improved it.thanks

I do like the notification feature but when I play a song from the watch it vibrates loudly almost 5 times in a row in between songs. There is no name display of the songs so i have to wait past 5 vibrates to hear what is next. I wish it could also view pictures. Also the reminder feature doesnt give many options as to what to pick as a reminder I wish there was a type in option.

I am unable to sign up using both my gmail and yahoo account. It's giving me the message "please check format if correct" .

I am disappointed that my fitness steps and other readings are not updated into the mobile app. I also had a lot of trouble to get the smart watch connected to the app. It seems to have a lot of bugs.

Very pissed off with this watch and app. Every time I turn off the watch or restart it, I have to go back to the app and set up all my preferences again and again, doesn't keep memory of my notifications settings. Nothing of this happens with my other 7 smartwatches. This is the only one

On Android 7.0 or 7.1 the app does not open.

Tried to download the app to set up my watch. App will not even open. Tried to get help from company with no response. Guess I will get my money back... This app sucks
