I ordered three books at Amazon and it cost me 588Rs but at this site it would have cost me 826Rs. Therefore please compare the price before buying anything here

I had purchased a thesaurus , with sub order ID 28667790, whose contents I found useless. When I requested them to make return of my book, to my utter surprise, they said they made return only if the product received was damaged! There are many cases when a customer is not satisfied with the quality/compatibility of a product even if it is in good condition. In these cases customers must be given the freedom to return the product within specific period as long as the product is in original condition

Ordered a power bank from the app, not even worked for two days. And when asked for a return, there comes the reply that you have to intimate with in 72 hours. What ever u buy will work on first 2 days then throw it in dust bin.

Please note the following; I have purchased a brand new Ricohprinter from Infibeam on 23rd July 2016, amounting Rs 3398/. But the service which was provided byinfibeam was very pathetic. They delivery was on 08th August, that was also only after I sent a mail asking for my product. After sales service was also very poor. They delivered a damaged product. So I registered a complaint. But till today no positive response from both sides. Infibeam delivered a damaged product, but no refund.

Stupid app. Shows shocking prices. Lenovo vibe k5 plus price on popular sites is Rs. 8499/= and see here now. Ain't it better to purchase from China, you would pay shipping cost and custom charges but can still save some money.

I had placed order for power bank but I received a damaged one.. I complained regarding same .. they took my power bank yet no replacement done.. Infibeam is making fool of public money.. don't buy it.. Better switch too flipkart ..

You will regret if you shop from them. I wish there was some way to complain against them. You purchase something from them and they will return it even if you are packet is sealed and unopened or if you ask for return as early as one or two day. And if they agree they will charge 20 - 25 % of the amount as penalty.

It has great potential. Never faced any issue. However, of late, after accepting the order, there is significant delay in despatching it. One of my order still open for last 8 days! Sent several mails. No concrete answer. Don't know where it is heading!

Don't buy any products from this website, the servicing people have knw proper communication with seller so that you will receive your product only after 3-4 weeks (best case). In worst case your product will be about to ship even after months.

I ordered a power bank looking at the product reviews and shockingly all the reviews were good so I had gone ahead and made the purchase when the product was delivered it was defective and was starting up I called up customer care but it was useless then I contacted the brand they got ready to replace. I informed the same to infibeam and they told me to wait for 2-3 days. I don't understand when I did your work still I have to wait cant you replace the product. It was my first and worst experience.

Bought camera panasonic camcorder worth 70k and no delivery after delivery period was over said they will refund amount then excuses and excuses called credit card company and issued complaint then I received the refund to credit card account worst people I would say how they could survive in this competitive environment God knows

Irritating, slowest & worst app in the world. I think a small shopkeeper knows much better way in terms of presentation. Miles away from other ecoms.

It was very bad experience. This application is very slow & does not refreshing the pages. Got stuck on the payment page, tried a lot, finally I quit the app with out placing the order. Please work on it to stay in the market.

Please never buy any product from there , all reviews there fake no body can write reviews , and no return policy direct wait and watch what you got in delivery ,better to buy another best online app

In the name of complying with various. state government taxes Infibeam charges you money, which other shopping sites don't. They are cheaters.

This product is a piece of junk. The product presentation was horrible like the cable squeezed to maximum level and was wrapped in a thin cover. With no wonder only one side of the ear phone was working. Warning to infibeam shoppers returning policy is big tedious process. Still I get my refund on the product. Buying this product is a foolish job which I did.

I bought a bag, as part of their deal of the say on the main page. Turns out, the bag was fake and a cheap copy and when I requested a return, I was refused saying it's the right bag. It's a cheap bag available at local markets and not the original one. Cheats and fake site, never ever shop from them. Prefer amazon, ebay, flipkart over these retards.

Woooaaaahh..... this site is a complete Douche. Where the hell is the customer support ....Tried calling on the provided number but its a freaking hokum. I cant find any information about my product. Someone Sue this site for act of fraudulent activities.

While I prefer purchasing from Infibeam, this app is truly disappointing and repellent. It's not easy to use and requires several minor tweaks. For example, the app can't remember the filters you have selected. Every time I check a mobile and go back to all mobile listing, all the filters I selected disappears and I have to do them again.

You can not grow without a user friendly n supporting app and website. I wanted to give it a try but it was a bad experience. I'm still gonna try it on website but after that its would be last time with infibeam.

Worst n Pathetic Service and Support. Never buy from Infibeam otherwise you will regret. Wish i could give them ZERO star.

never ever buy any product from them they are selling duplicate product of china made copy.i orderd a nokia 230 but they sent me a Chinese duplicate copy and till now no refund or replacement processed,no customer support.my order id is 18930171.i am thinking to go to consumer forum for justice.

I ordered the paperback version of Six of Crows which was in stock when I ordered it(that's what it was shown) After 7days of my order when I asked them about the status of my order since it was not reflected in the tracking site, I was asked to wait for 2 to 3 days. On the 10th day they sent ke an e mail asking to cancel it as that stock of that book was ending. Really unfortunate experience.

When I had ordered (books) it showed me free cancellation, but because the order was getting late from their end, I opted to cancel order, so I had put up on infibeam app for cancellation of product, in which I got message that they would be contact me back within 48 hours, but books were delivered to me the next day... but being late I don't require the product anymore, but now they say to charge me 20% of order value for restocking.... BEWARE TO PURCHASE FROM INFIBEAM......

This app is too much bad I ordered a book 3 times they cancelled it each time after 2weeks. I used many shopping site but this site is the Worst one.

I booked a product and paid for it. After 10 days on contacting them I was told that they could not procure the ordered product. I cancelled the order and asked for refund. It's been 15 days and still not received my refund. This seems to be their modus operandi to take money in advance so as to earn interest on the huge amount of funds they collect. There are more reputed aps available in the market. Please avoid this company
