INE All Access Pass for Android
Won't accept my creds to log in. Can't watch double speed on any computer I own in chrome, now I can't load the next video I'm my series past 2 minutes in IE. I was hoping to shift to the app but I cannot log in to my account. I've verified my username and password 3 times, and have successfully used the same credentials to sign into both chrome and ie on my laptop
I have reset the password...not the issue, I can login to the Web portal all day long... this is an app issue. That's obvious by all the similar comments. Fix this asap! We spent big bucks on this service to not have all the access methods work for all customer!
App fails to login even after multiple pwd resets..very disappointing..same credentials login perfectly fine at websites..Issue reported by multiple users since months back but no turn ups.
Very disappointed. One of the things that helped me decide on INE was the mobile app. I have tried it on my G5, Fire Tablet, and an older note 2. All tell me that my login is invalid. Contacted support, no reply
Updated ine in May 2016. Stability better, restarts well after long pause. LG Vista droid. WiFi and 4G work well. Missing bookmarks, speed control, notes, ratings and favorites. Mobile device access is critical for getting value out of my all access pass.
Like many user before I can't log in and enjoy my full access pass.
UPDATE: Emailed support and they fixed it in like 2 hours. Just had to sync my account. I'll give four stars because that should not have to happen but they were quick in correcting the issue. Just like everyone else....I can't sign into the app even though I've purchased an all access pass. Just keeps telling me that my name and pw are wrong, which they are not.
It plays video, that's it. You can't search, you can't increase playback speed, you can't download, you can't view the work books, you can't do anything but watch video at 1x speed
Content on the site is great, so really how can you let this login issue go for so long?
App is more stable now, but still missing several features, most important of which is being able to pick up where I left off and having my Active Courses available.
Login issues and active content doesn't load. No update since May? Has this been abandoned?
Need to work on the app... it is not good.
I have never been able to log in using the mobile app.
I tried login in but each time it says wrong username and password.
Login fails..using note7..im able to login on my laptop without any issues .but login on this app using phone fails..please help
Does not flag if video was watched and active courses does nothing. Needs some major tlc.
App is not authenticating. Checked the credential and it is working in browsers
Cannot login to my All Access Pass via the app. Web browser on same device works ok. Folks, this seems like a common issue, you need to fix it or entire corporations will go elsewhere.
Active courses still not working. No way of going forward to the next video in the sequence which is a complete pain in the neck as you have to back out,wait for the list to update, scroll down the list, then select the next video.
Absolutely crap. Disgrace to INE, who upholds such high standards
App is completely broke. Doesn't show active courses. Doesn't do a lot.
Unable to log in. Such a shame as the website itself is pretty good and the content is top notch.

Rubbish, cant even login to the app
I can log onto the portal, but the app doesn't like my credential. Course content is excellent, just this app that doesn't work. Perhaps it only works in the US.
I use the website all the time. This app though wont even allow me to login.

Cannot login, so it's completely useless. Icon looks nice on my phone's home screen though, so 1 star...
The app is for users with all access pass only. It should be mentioned in the description.
I can not log into the app. The same username/password works fine on the browser.

For some reason, this app does not allow me to sign in. Other access (web browser) allows me to. Password and username is not an issue as I have already verified it to a million times.
Active Courses don't load, LG G5.
The 'Your Active Courses' continually loads but nothing happens. It would be nice if the app could link to your web based version to know what videos I have already watched for a particular topic. Could I also request a speed button on Android? Thanks.

Please note that this comment has nothing to do with the content, because it is fabulous. But, the app is leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, the Active Courses does not run so you are stuck searching through all of the menus for the course you want. Also, it would be great of the app had the ability to pick up from where I left off. This isn't just an issue with the app, but the website as well. I use the CBT Nuggets site and app in addition to this, and have found their app to work much better.
