With the latest update, every time I open the add, a full screen add pops up advertising something stupid. Result: app uninstalled.

Since the update it doesn't load the new content fix the problem please I like to know what's going on in sports

It's always the same stories. 4 old to 1 new. I know it's a slow area but update your stuff so I don't have to look through Tuesdays stuff to read Saturday's

Since the new update 4.0.1 content is always unavailable. Fix fix fix.

New version is horrible, lacks content, keeps scrolling through the same 4 stories in an endless loop. If you thought the paper edition was bad, this makes it look good

What happened to the other version? You can't look at anything you want to see anymore Like the obituary I'm uninstalling it.. don't like who ever designed it. Bring back the older version

The Windsor Star app is as bad if not worse than the print edition. Breaking news is almost non-existent, anything of significance isn't reported on until hours or days after the rest of the news organizations have run it. Local news is largely a joke. From what once was a major source for Windsorites is now nothing short of joke, may as well be reading Upfront again...

Its always freezing or crashing you can only do so much on the app before it freezes and freezes your phone needs a whole new update but it hasn't in who knows how long its one of the worst apps on here

Everything is good on this app, except the fact that you can't share stories on whatsapp or viber or have them opened on google or chrome. That would be nice. Specially to share on whatsapp!! Please and thank you.

So the new update asks for access to all your pictures, video, and files? Also, personal info on my phone accounts. Goodbye, Star!

I have a Samsung Note 4 and I don't get the pictures either when I load it

Won't show any pictures on homepage! Anyone else have same problem? Using Lg G3.

Apparently the Windsor Star thinks that people only read there paper for STUPID sports articles, plus you only get the 1st paragraph of the story. Time to delete

Its not a bad app other than the video's never load needs fixing its pointless to add video's to an article if you can't watch them

I enjoy colorful pictures of food. I can enlarge print as my sight is poor.

Issue is its non responsive while you wait for ads to load can be more then 5 minutes !

After about a year of the same old app following my previous review, the developers have modernized the UI into something a lot more user friendly. Not sure if the iOS version has changed, or if this update puts it on par, but it's leaps and bounds better then before. Also love the Now feature with breaking updates.
