Obviously you're going to have to be near a business that's been mapped and that will take time. If you have problems the email address is at the bottom of the app's download page. And don't give bad ratings to apps just because your phone isn't capable of running it.

serious decline in the quality, 4 years and no serious improvement! where this company is going? still the same issues.

You have to be patient when using this app. I have failed many times and mostly due to the fact that I have misread or did not read their guide properly. You must first read their guide extremely well and then try to use the app.

I keep getting connection timeout when trying to generate map.

Awesome technology and a great app for map creation. It would be nice to have: 1) Auto Map rendering based on paths drawn 2) Cordova plugin for hybrid apps.

I get connection timeout when I try to generate map. Also on map image upload it didnt work from the device and worked from the pc. After I uploaded the image from the pc it was downloaded correctly to the mobile but again, the mapping didnt work.

All I see when I pass calibration is a map with no venues, when I clearly added them on the web and used the same account. I'm on the Moto G 2nd generation.

Garbage app, bad UI, cannot get past the calibration.

The application will go no further than the calibration screen. And it says calibration is taking too long and then times out and navigation is disabled. I have a samsung galaxy s4 which I know has a proper sentence is required for this application to work.

"Error in confirming user credentials" on login. No rating until functional.

Could not get past the calibration within 10minutes. Wanked my phone like a retard.

It won't even start up because it says my brand new smart phone, the aquos crystal, does not have the right sensors........

I have magnetic sensor, but it says that i dont have it....fix it!!!

I dont have to find markets and places and stuff on your website but i also heard that this app uses magnetic fields to detect the building position. Every thing is good except the website thing. When you fix that i will totally give you 5 stars plus i will tell my friends to install this app

Occasional network problems. Mapping and calibration is a nightmare.

It's an amazing new techno with an open API.

Looks promising and exciting.

The concept of magnetic mapping for indoor positioning without the need for deploying extra infrastructure is great & to see IndoorAtlas approach it with such an accessible UI & API is great. I'm really looking forward to see what developers use this technology for! And to all of the reviews complaining that it doesn't work on your device - you are clearly told which devices it is compatible with before you install!

I've tried it on my HTC One running on Android 4.3 and Note 10.1 4.2.2. In both cases, it got stuck in 0% calibration! No errors, even the back buttons doesn't work. The whole idea of indoor positioning using geomagnetic field is brilliant and has extremely great potential. But until they make it compatible with at least most recent devices, 'no thanks'!

When I try and log in it just says -error in checking credentials-

No option to create a login. So obviously couldnt log in.
