I have placed an order using this app. During the puchase there is this feature, that i thought it was smart, that the app suggests you the pick-up store based on your location. At first it seemed very cool to me because I was able to select the store from which i normally shop un Milan. Once done, i just wanted to check the order, as i normally do after each online purchase. But I found out not only the pick-up address was changed to florence, but also there was no option to modify the pick-up address. No I only hope that the call center will be able to do this modification. And will uninstall this app immediately!!!

You can t even browse through items. Because the pics won t open!! The worse.....

Please fix the item viewer, if i choose any product the app just hangs. This error appeared 3 or 4 months ago. Nexus 9 7.1.1 android.

Terrible. Hardly works and usually don't open well. Better use pc internet, not app.

Doesn't work.

Constantemente la aplicación se colapsa el móvil se bloquea. Aparecen artículos que no están en el stock. No aparecen medidas de los bolsos y otros artículos. La descripción de materiales de las prendas es muy pobre. Y la mayoría de los artículos aparecen en una percha..Y así es difícil imaginar cómo quedan puestos..

Worst app ever. Keep receiving 'try again' messages no matter what i do. Useless...

Repeating items, hard to go back to main list after looking at something in detail, shopping basket goes wild every now and then, and frequently freezes. With the size and resources available to Inditex I am surprised that they have left this App be so crappy for so long. I love MD but please fix your App asap!!!!

It's great to browse the selection but buying is an absolute pain. If the app integrated Android Pay or made it easier to register it would be better

Crashes alot

The quality of this app is very poor. It needs often to restart and causes problems to the rest active apps. Although I like Massimo Duty, I will deinstall their app.

I can't erase a card and add a new one on my account. Also was not possible to set a MD store as delivery address.

No option to select the Netherlands as country nor have order picked up or delivery in NL. Shame!

Stopped working after the update, wasn't working perfectly before. Maybe because my phone is not Samsung or iPhone

App was working well previously. Now does not open anymore after update. I was hoping it will have online store same as zara.

I love this brand, 80% of the stuff in my closet is from massimo dutti. Its a pity that the app doesn't work well. Too many error messages while shopping and sometimes it just freezes! Besides that its a nice app :)

I love the products offered but the app crashes often and I lose all the items that had put in my basket.

never saves my card, cannot select shop, errors while removing items from cart, scanner works sometimes

App works fine until selecting the shop you want to buy from. Does not recognise shops in Bucharest.
