When ever i scan the barcode of a product the app crushes ! Please fix

At first glance everything is perfect, but when you want to see some other color of a dress it automatically switches to another dress, it is really frustrating

I'm from Colombia. I really love that brand and this page is so easy and fast.

Images are too stretched, which leads to unpleasant user experience. Also, it will be good to add price filters. And when I place items in my cart, I can't open them from there to see more images - this is crucial when customers decide what to leave in and what to remove from the basket.

Not all the items in the app are in stores you have to update it daily so we know when it's available in stores.

Ok so I can easily put things into my shopping basket. The problem is when I want to put an item into favourites it takes it's time to load. Could you fix this please?

I ordered a jacket and when I received it , it was big so I had to return it and I did and it's been almost a month and I didn't received my money back !

Please fix the velocity of scroll down through items. It is very hard to navigate because the app often considers it a swipe back.

Hi. There is a little bug, inconvenient for a user: lets say im searching for a jacket, i get distracted, my phone's screen locks, when i unlock it, the whole app refreshes and I'm on the frong page. Please fix it

Reliable

I love this brand and I dont have it in my area, therefore buying online is a good solution for me. But this app has so many bugs. Sometimes i put a few items in my badket and all of a sudden its gone! This really should be fixed! Also its not very clearly arranged in my opinion.
