CLEAN Bengaluru Mobile App is a step forward from BBMP Sahaaya, specifically designed for managing Solid Waste Management in BBMP, Bangalore. A comprehensive all-in-one App where Citizen, Bulk Waste Generators, Shuhcimitra Members, Health Inspectors, BBMP Nodal Officers all can update about Waste management operations and any blackspots.
Citizen’s requests reaches out to BBMP officials directly at the ward level and Officers to use the same Mobile App to view requests, update the request with resolutions. App provides end-to-end process for addressing citizen requests related to Solid Waste Management.
BBMP SWM Cell and respective Zonal level Senior Officials provided with Dashboard in the App, through which they can monitor all requests and drive for actions on these requests across BBMP.
Bulk Waste Generators can update on Waste clearance from their premises with regard to type of waste, vehicle that is transporting, with photo of vehicle.
Shuchimitra members can update about Waste Collection, segregation, Staff Attendance and Equipment Availability at every mustering point.
BBMP Nodal Officers can update their observation during field visit and any details about Waste Collection, Transportation or any other issues in their ward.
All of the field updates are captured with GEO coordinates and photos, available through various MIS reports for BBMP Officials.

+ Requires minimum Information – capture picture, indicate location on map, add phone number
+ Request Status sent via SMS
+ "My requests" view provides list of requests with latest status and details.
+ Location details mandatory – either current location, or any other problem location identified on the map.
+ Options for one time registration with OTPs for verification
+ Existing Sahaaya Users can continue with the same login credentials

BBMP Officers
+ BBMP Nodal Officers can provide update for their field visit.
+ Submitted updates can be viewed through My Updates
+ Consolidated Updates across BBMP can be seen through menu "Latest Updates"
+ Officials can update about Waste Segregation, Staff and Equipment status.
+ For Ward Level Health Inspectors, Zonal Officials, My queue lists the requests of their respective ward/zone.
+ Detailed view provides the description of the problem reported, location & any complaint photo
+ Officers can update the resolution of the request through the App
+ Option to transfer requests to different wards as required.
+ Dashboard on the App for SWM Cell and Zonal JCs provides the view of requests status and volume of requests.

Shuchimitra Members
+ Shuchmitra members can update about Waste Segregation, Staff and Equipment status at their Ward, Block and Mustering point.
+ Submitted updates can be viewed through My Updates

+ Registered members can update about Waste clearance from their premises with regard to type of waste, vehicle that is transporting.
