I like the idea and the way this chat app works. I have a few questions ? 1) How long will you guys take to confirm a ticket booking ? ( what i mean is the chat facility available 24/7 or is there any work timing in which you guys will revert back.) 2) What if i confirm the my booking and by the time the ticket is booked at your end there is a difference in the flight ticket cost.

I just had a go. I found the service really useful. Instead of going through the hassles of planning a trip, I can just go ahead and chat here. It's really simple to use, basically you get to talk out and you get suggestions from an expert. One thing that would be really awesome would be a feature to invite my friends into a chat and plan out stuff together.

I used the app for an evening. And well, it's a definite improvement over traditional tour package websites in that it's personalized, but it's definitely not compelling. The service is personalized but nothing great. The flight data is garnered from generic websites and there's no customized itinerary made. It's just an interactive way to book the same old itinerary.

App initial way of mobile confirmation is quite slow ,because I installed app around 1 hr earlier but there is no any confirmation message come ..but I can't say much about app regard utkarsh singh

The chat assistant's NLP is good enough. It takes approximately ~3 minutes to reply. Should be faster than this. Few suggestions: 1. You can give travel cards to customers as supplementary information when they inquire about a place. 2. After the trip is concluded you can give them a analysis card which shows them their aggregate saving. Make this information conditional on them giving a review or recommendation of their experience. 3. You can then point reviews to new customers. Sitanshu Rai.

When i click on sign up , it asks to enter mobile number , when i entered it captured wrong no. After 5 attempts i realised that it captures no. Very slow. You need to wait till it reads first digit. Secondly below continue its written as by clicking you accept terms and condition, i mean to say by clicking what?? It should be by clicking "CONTINUE" or by clicking this button or by clicking above button - you agree to terms and condition. Another thing navigation is little confusing. Sugandhraj Mishra

App is good and provide all info regarding to journey. Concept of chat is also good. One thing that team go hero go implement on the app is just before chat you can give a form in which user can fill journey details so it can be easy for both the sides go further . Front end team can work on some specific cities journey details and packages directly. Btw overall making life simple gud app. Great work team go hero go.

Nice app.it would be great if there are small small tips at starting while login. Like small demo of how the app functions. It would give a better experience to user. The app crashed on my redmi phone once but installed it again.now working fine.

A must have for frequent travellers!

There should be home page with option like looking for - airlines, hotels, holidays, car rentals and with sub option under each option like under airlines - Flight booking, web check-in, etc. And most importantly I'm not able to view assistant "Online" while chatting. Also there should be some response time for chats reply back like 1 minute or 2 minute so that user know how long to wait for his query else customer will just exit and search online instead.
