Ongo

My 550 Rs. got stuck in this ongo wallet. They do not let me withdraw the same to may bank account. Everytime I try it shows session expired. Fraudulent organisation :(

Recharge services not working Virtual mater card not working Send money to bank not working Reply to mail not working Solve registered complaints take about 1-2 years to solve Payment option not available in most of cities. All services comming soon or not working.... Wrost company, just shut it off and returne customers money

Neither virtual mastercard is getting generated nor am i able to transfer the money to the bank account, everytime i get session time out error. Money stuck in the app

Its only things like these that make us users not rely on the wallet apps. Fraudsters or something even worse, not sure what to call these guys as. But they definitely seem to have made a lot of money and disappeared. Dammn that's such a cool business model.

Added money and unable to send money to bank. Unable to create virtual debit card. Notified customer care and got reply app is upgradation process. Worst ever app!!! Called customer care and it was not helpful

I transferred 260 rs from ongo wallet to bank on 17th nov..but it is not credited to bank yet.. its been more than a month. I request all other auto merchants and other common people not to use this app. Better use PayTM and FreeCharge . As yet, no one accepts the money from ongo. I transferred money and got stuck with it in the app. While transferring it to a bank account, the app repeatedly logs me out. Low on maturity and acceptance right now.

I sent Rs 528 to my bank account on 17th Nov and yet the same has not been reflected in my bank account. No one in customer care responds to your queries. Will suggest you to never download this app if you do not want to lose your money.

I am using ongo app and see a lot of options.i hardly had a single rickshaw driver who was ready to accept ongo .moreover move recharge ,billpayment and transfer to bank are not available.How can one use this crap.Need to expand services and should have options which are working.in this era of competition with other mobile wallet services you ppl need to change.
