S&P Foundation

Founded in 2004, S&P Foundation Pvt. Ltd. (S&P) a Real Estate Development company has developed multiple villa / apartment projects in the last 10 years.

The company is owned by Mr. S.V. Shriramalu, Chairman & Mr. Prabakar, Managing Director who also has the responsibility of managing the business on a day to day basis.

S&P is currently implementing a 7 lakh sq ft self-contained residential township project with high end infrastructure and amenities on a 11 acres land parcel in Mogappair west extension, chennai. Further four residential township projects with 3.80 million sq ft in various locations within Chennai metropolitan area are in the advanced stage of development and will be rolled out progressively in the next 12 months.
