Casa Unico is developed by Landmark estate ltd. Landmark Group, a reputed realty developing company was started by Mr. Vali Merchant in 1975 who himself is a qualified Chartered Accountant & Construction Management Consultant. He has successfully worked in Mumbai & surrounding areas for the past 30 years on both small and large scale constructions, repairs and alteration projects focusing on residential & industrial contracting.

The Landmark Group Companies constructed number of Buildings in and around Mumbai both on their own & as Project Management Consultants. Mr. Merchant was also the Director of M/s. BBC Hotels Pvt. Ltd. which constructed Hotel Royal Inn in Khar (West), Mumbai. Today, Landmark Group is professionally managed by an efficient team. Its directors are all professionals in their own right and bring their core expertise to the board.
