This site gives you the worst experience, I ordered cake, 20 roses, card and they provided the worst material. Cake taste was so bad and different cake also. Card looks like 5 rupee and flower was old.... Thanks for spoiling the bday surprise.

Very bad service indeed. I order a cake for midnight delivery I didn't receive my order. I tried calling contact number given website but no one picked up the phone. I was put in the waiting for15 minutes and extra waiting charges were made for the call. I mailed (10-12) no response. Bakery person gave me mobile no. of India cakes. When called, they cut the phone after knowing about discrepancy. 2 days after order I got mail saying it delivered when baker said they didnt attempt. Now no response until now.

We can understand there might be slight changes in the design and layout of the cakes due to different chefs. But the complete change of cake is beyond any understanding. And you people argue that the flavour is same. Pathetic...people if you are reading my review ...please don't buy from them. There are many better online cake delivery firms, which are undoubtedly better. I got into trying out this firm and the result is just awful. They killed the surprise and killed the product.

Its purely a cheating website.. very very unhappy with the service !!! They charged me 250 rps to deliver it at midnight... and delivery was at 8pm.... very very bad services !!! And worst thing... I ordered cheesecake and they delivered a normal cake... 100% cheats !!!

Instead of Indiacakes it should be Shittycakes. Worst service !! Ordered chocolate truffle but received horrible dark chocolate cake and that to it was nowhere close to the picture shown on the app. Plus they delivered it on the next day after calling them again and again, they even asked for 150Rs extra as delivery charge. WTF !! I had even asked them to cancel my order as they had refused to deliver the cake on time but they refused to initiate refund.

I have ordered a beautiful cake and nicely wrapped roses and received something really worse... dnt try to fool anyone again..and at the last minute informed that midnight delivery is not possible in a metro city like trivandrum.. great work yarrr anyway thank you soo much for cheating and the worse things...I would like to add the picture of what I ordered and what I received ...but how to?

This was d worst experience i ever had. I had ordered strawberry half kg cake for ₹550 but I received a very simple cake which was very unxpected

Mediocre service and product. Support staff are for namesake and arrogant. Email contact is nonexistant. Value for money is zero. App is only a formality to cheat people. I spent Rs 1400 on Feraro Rocher 1kg cake and what i actually received was songs cake with chocolate cake with 3 Feraro Rocher nalla worth not more than a couple of hundred bucks available from road side bakery. Pl don't be fooled by the pictures advertised in their app as the final product if atall reaches you will not have any correlation to what you have paid for. Waste of time and money guys

Ordered a bday cake and flowers, they delivered a cheap vanilla cake whereas i ordered a black Forrest. Won't suggest it to anyone

Worst cake delivery service ever! Ordered a cake and bunch of carnations for mother's day, got an extremely crappy ugly spoilt cake with no carnations. Such bloody cheaters. They charge so much for delivery and have the audacity to deliver such crap. Especially on days when you want things to be perfect, there comes India cakes to make your day the WORST. And their customer service sucks even more. Have been dropping a complaint mail to them since 4 days now and nobody even bothers to reply. When I call them, I get the pleasure of talking to extremely useless, least proactive and rude representatives who are not even ready to listen to your grievances. Worst of the worst. In return to spoiling my mother's day they are offering a Cadbury celebration pack, that too after 5 days. What a SHAME! Any decent site would have had the basic courtesy to refund my money or to at least give me a voucher instead. SHAME ON YOU INDIA CAKES. Shut your business. You are nothing more than useless.

Worst app.My sister ordered a cake of ₹1100 and they delivered a cake of ₹ 585.They delivered a totally different cake.There were no similarities between the photo of the ordered cake and the actual cake which they delivered to us.very much disappointed with this application.

Worst app to order,plz dnt order anything from this site either online or by app,they will not process ur order, not even refund ur money.

Disgusting I hoped that the flowers would be well packed bouquet but it seems cheap 100rs flowers in a plastic paper .cake was ok so to say but really can u guys have no sense of customer satisfaction at Ur head.very annoyed with this kind of service

I'm very disappointed about delivery of India cakes . I hate it ,u hv spoiled my surprise as well as my celebration. I have ordered previous day so that order should deliver on time (order no-100173587, for after 7 pm on 27 June at Mumbai but they deliver it on 26 June).On telephonic conversion I told them about date, they told me please mail us about actual date u wanna .i have mailed about the same , but after all this they deliver it on 26 June.

I ordered a cake for my dad's and brother's birthday. Order no 100006835. First of all they didn't deliver the cake same day. When i called the customer care they said i ll get an email thn i can cancel the order. But i never received anything. I even paid extra money for delivery. I want my money back now. The worst experience ever. U guys messed up with my birthday gift for em. Hated this.

Firstly, I put my city as Delhi, which I couldn't change to the other city where I wanted to send the cake. The address automatically takes in delhi as the city and their is no easy way to change address. Second. The prices in the app are more, so their ad of giving discount on buying from app is ultimately a sham. I like the website, but this app just made me annoyed.

Dear indiacakes, This was the worst experience i ever had with delivery or cakes and flower. I ordered combo of 6 roses 1 kg choclate cake and 5 choclates. First the order was delivered at 7:30 which was disguting. Secondly the delivery boy delivered only cakes and wen asked for says dats all. After i called he say flowers were unavailable. Later on after an hour he brings 6 dead roses and 5 dairy milk choclates of Rs. 5. Just filled the quorom. Funniest was my msg. It was scribled on the cake box. Worst

My Order is 100004972 and 100004981 for a cake and roses .. Paid Rs 150 extra per order to deliver the order before 2PM slot and the delivery boy calls at 2 that he will take yet another hour to come why do you charge then ?? I WANT THE REFUND .. People plan their occasions basis on what you promise and that you charge for expecting a timely deliver which you once again failed .. First and the Last Order .. Hope to get the refund soon

Very bad service.. U guys show something and deliver something else. Product defers from what's shown in the picture. I gave Rs.150 for night chargers which was to be delivered by 11.55pm. But you guys delivered it at 8pm only,then why did u took 150 extra? Is this how you cheat your customers? And even I msgd u guys but no one bothered to reply yet. DONOT GO FOR THIS APP.

I placed order 27th June and the cake was to be delivered on 1st July. On 1st july, at 7pm I got a call that the cake ordered is not available and they dont have eggless cake. Its better not to try these websites as they can spoil everything at the last moment. After a day they will simply refund your money without any apologies. And now they are saying the refund will be credited in28days.

This is the second time it happened. You order something, they deduct money, and no delivery. Customer care no. is a just a display. Noone picks up your call. Emails are not answered. And on top no refund. Never goin to use it again in my life.

Dont spoil the name of India,by choosing it as a site name for a worst service..they delayed time and has not refunded when I cancelled it .very rude service

I have ordered one cake for normal delivery on Father's day which should be delivered by 9PM but delivery boy called me at 10:20PM same day to receive delivery. I rejected the receiving for same and sent mail for customer care two days back still customer care has not responded. I would never recommend the services offering by India cakes. In response of your reply for my concern.. Can you share where Father's day is mentioned in your policy for delay delivery.

I ordered two cakes for 21 one in jodhpur and second in Ajmer ..in jodhpur delivery was on time and I was very happy with that but in Ajmer it's really very bad experience they didn't deliver my cake till now, they spoil my surprise , even they didn't respond to email , disgusting..this is really very disappointing

9th july was the delivery date.. called around 10 am on same day to check status ..custmr care guy told me that sry order is cancelled !! .. vry unprofessional

One of the pathetic experience ordering cake online I would rate this app 0 if it was possible I ordered it for my dad's bday n the cake which I ordered was different n the one which was delivered was totally opposite ...please do not go on the image ....I simply made the payment of 650rs when spoke to the delivery person he said he Wil speak to the vendor n she said she is out of town I also shared the image of the cake which was delivered n even she agreed it was wrong n later she said speak with company

Ordered cake for my little sister for midnight delivery on 26th August 2016 , for which I paid extra 150.System accepted my order.No cake was delivered. The next day around 12 noon the cake comes in. To which I refuses to accept. When called the customer care, the rude lady told it was my fault and would get a mail for cancellation. After regular followups I get mail on 27th afternoon. Which stated refund would be executed in 30days, and the mail looks really fake. Doesn't looks as an official mail.

Worst service. I waited whole night. Cake not deliever & no intimation from cake india side. How you guys just play with customers sentiments. If you can't make it kindly close your services. Your site has taken the payment of Rs.1080 For my order no. PUNEN117363 and said delivery confirmed but now I received a mail telling me that payment was not complete. Are you guys trying to cheat people and drain money into your pockets. What big losers you people are. What about my money. Do you people have even the slightest intention to refund my money. I ordered a cake and on the delivery date I got a call that the cake is not available.. Then I cancelled the order and still haven't got the refund.. Order date was 17th of October and today is 10th November.. Worst app..

The cake icing was all disturbed and it looked very bad. The guy who delivered the cake was pleading for money. Plus it was supposed to be a suprise n the worst 1 ever.
