To call India from SingTel singapore, the user needs to dial '019' then the cell phone/landline number starting with 91. example 019 91 9100000123. But when the user tries to use apps like WhatsApp messenger, the number must start with +91. So, either the user needs to store multiple version of the same number one with 01891 and the other with +91, to be able to call and chat conveniently.
