Have to repeat putting in password 2 to 3 times and it still don't work plus It locks me our so I can't check my account

I've reinstalled app a few times still won't go to login screen it just sits and makes me look at the star doesn't go any farther. Very frustrating when you need a balance pronto Please fix

I'll uninstall the app because my antivirus app it keep me saying that is not secure and my info is on risk. N is the only app that I have that issue!!

After two months there check mobile deposit doesn't work. I have talked to bank 3 times about it still not fixed.

There used to be a place under the menu where you could make mobile deposits; this outdated information is still on their website and even in the help portion of their app...but deposits are not available in the newest version of the app. I am a new customer, so the update that others have been complaining about was implemented before I recently downloaded the app. ***New update: it's not working at all now...

This app sucks! It won't even load for me

This app was great til this newest update, now its useless. How about fixing the problem so we can keep track of our accounts, PLEASE!!!!!!! :-( OK, so I uninstalled and reinstalled this app and it did absolutely no good to try, COME ON!!!!! I need my app!!!!!

It was great until the update and now i cant transfer funds or see my account details correctly. I even went to the bank to show them what was happening and they have no clue as to whats wrong with it...its a real piece...!!

I've tried several times to use the mobile deposit. It never works. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge +.

Can check on transactions, but cannot make mobile deposits.

I love this app, but all of a sudden it's not working. Not even bringing up the login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, that didn't help at all. I would like to get on a check my account and pay bills. ...please figure out the problem here. Thanks.

I never had a problem with this app until the new upgrade, haven't been able to open it since.

The new update makes the app look nice. However it is incredibly slow.

I can't open the ap since upgrading the ap. Epic fail.

Terrible since upgrade. Doesn't fit to my screen without rotating, loads and operates much slower and sometimes freezes up. There was nothing wrong with last version !

Always improving. Good app, easy to use and navigate. Awesome bank and customer service all around as well.

The app only let's me see my accounts but I can't seem to do anything like deposit checks.

I used to have no problem with this app. Now it won't allow my keyboard to show up on the login screen. So I am unable to use it until this bug is fixed. Thanks for the update guys. Now I can't even use it!
