This conference is to address the current scenario of social entrepreneurship as a catalyst for the young generation to make a positive change to society.

International Conference for Young Leaders (ICYL) is to become a new international direction and agenda of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.The organisation of this conference has been assigned to the Institute for Youth Research Malaysia (IYRES) as it meets the role of IYRES in empowering Malaysian youth to address a new field of challenge.

This Conference will carry the theme “Changing Communities Through Social Entrepreneurship”. It will open opportunities and space to enhance the involvement of Malaysian youth in social entrepreneurship that could help to spearhead the Malaysian economy towards sustainability as well as sharing of local and regional networking.
