Even a single star is enough for this app. Slow, buggy and except gas booking other features does not work. I want to lodge mechanical fault but that option not working. There is no issue in my data connection as my all apps working fine other than this. Gopal Gas service is worst distributor I have ever seen, no customer support, even they dont pick up the phone. However now I will take step and complain to India Oil Corporation. Even thinking to move consumer court to teach a lesson this worst distributor

Cancelation emails are sent for no valid reasons and are false all the time I booked for the refill. Worse app every created nor does the Indian oil cooperation respond to any of the reviews written here. I will be forced to take a strict action against the concerned authority and the dealer if this continues.

​ I am consumer of your LPG.Yesterday i registered for Online services and registration was successful and user name created. ​After successful registration a pop up message came like link will be in email.But i didn't receive any email, i also tried to reset password and got new password and while trying to login with new password showing Invalid User id & Password. Please look into this matter and appreciate your early solution.

Indane website are currently supporting for digital payment.... But Indane application are not yet updated for digital payment. Atleast in Indane application can intilizise AEPS payment system, since Aadhar number are already enrolled for gas subsidiary by NPCI.This upgrade from Indane will very helpful for Rural people specially..... Because of this service upgrade, delivery boy demanding extra amount for delivery charge can be eliminated... Please do needful as soon as possible.. Rural people are more suffering....

this is very useful app for consumers to order refills easily and thanks to IOC for providing such a nice app. My suggestion is to provide facility in the app to make online payment also for the booked refill (as it is very convenient for getting the refills quickly), as it is not taken place. Usually I made online payment for the refills but in this app, I can only order it.

Please not that when I check in the bank account seeding information, it says "You are already a seeded customer" but no bank account details is available. Also, it is not showing any refill booking history. Please let me know what's wrong? Otherwise this app seems to be very useful.

Poor UI design. Refilled / Refilling history , and cancel / cancelled due to technical issue / Non availability of a customer status is not proper at all. It shows person not at door in both above mentioned cases. Deliverables don't update even after delivery. Mainly there should be transparent visibility weather the person booked from phone / app which is missing.

"Failed to registration". My LPG ID has 17 numbers but in this app supports only 16 numbers. also there are given too many fields for Identity proofs, I have no passport, Driving licence and a land line connection.

Just ok app, need few improvements, bank details are not displaying, don't know weather subsidy goes in right account or not. It is not showing previous booking history. My address is a little incorrect which can't be changed, and even request to change the address is not possible using this app. One more thing please add the details of amount which is to be paid to delivery person, and amount of subsidy which is to be deposited in the bank account, to ensure the transparency and Monopoly of deleviry persons.

Just third class app from indane. Everytime says server under maintenance. Booked history never shows up. No option to choose service type and put comments in mechanic service request. No option to see linked aadhar card, bank account number etc. Absolutely poor.

What is LPG ID, I couldn't find in my Gas book. In my GAS book consumer number is only have 10 digit but when i register in this app it asking 17 digit what is that and where i can find this. Kindly let me know the details. Fully

I dont remember the username and password. When i tried to signup it says Consumer already registered but Am unable to login and using the forgot password link also not useful. I entered all emails I might have used to register but it says email address not registered.

Getting worst experience logging with Jio kindly resolve the issue. Rest the app is Good.Online payment should be added would be very much helpful, fulfilling the Digital India Criteria.

The refills booking history page is too much minutes to take loading data to appear on that page. It should be reduced to loading data below 2 mins. If it done I will give 5+ star in this app.

Nice app, but transfer from one distributor to another is not working.. even after manual transfer has done but still its shows the old distributor name and booking not possible due to non updating of transfer details in server. Kindly rectify it ASAP...

Poor design. On registering it sends me a mail saying it could not identify my consumer ID for my dealer. I realised my dealer had changed so tried to re-register but it refuses to let me re-register saying my email id is already registered. When I try to use forgot password option it says I am not registered. Bad design.

Whenever I book for refill, it says server is under maintenance and I get successful booking message and email. I think it's not a big issue and can be resolved easily. This is happening for last 4 or 5 months and no one has noticed that.

The refill order history is the main information we need and its not up to date. Also while signing up why is it asking two ID no's. Isn't Aadhar card enough? I haven't tried using other features though it is also bug free as far as I used.

I have transferred my connection from Mohan gas agencies to SNS Indane Gas Agency, more than 45 days back. But the app is still showing Mohan gas agency. When I order for refill, it says wrong consumer number. I had to go to the agency for refill booking. As per me it is of no use to me other than registering this complaint.

I transferred my connection & here I got new consumer no. But still aadhar is showing linked with previous connection. So I have to face lot of issues. There should be an auto upgradation/option should be there so that such type of issues can be sort out without harassment.

App looks ok but following are bugs:- 1. No online payment method, whereas in browser the same exists. 2. No order confirmation for Refill is received in email 3. After pressing order confirmation for Refill, it takes ages in processing Pls fix these bugs and also allow UPI as payment option bcz the PM is laying big focus on adopting UPI for digital payments.

The most fuddu app made by the most fuddu and naalayak people. Indane being a good petroleum company seems to have a 4th class IT collaboration/people. Their website is even worse than this. I'm thinking of switching to some other Petroleum company. Aaa Thuuu....

I also tried to reset password and got new password. While trying to login with new password, I get error message: Account Unverified. Please include a button that can be used to resend the verification email again.

It doesn't work as intended. It keeps you waiting for the desired information. Finally, if you are able to book a refill, you never know when the booking would be cancelled without any reason whatsoever. Needs a lot of betterment in order to make it useful for consumers.

Please improve the app behaviour as it tends to hang the mobile phone when I use to close the app and go back to home screen. The app blinks to many times and other functions also gets stuck up in the process. Otherwise the interface is good and easy to use after you login.

Lpg id given by distributer is 17 digit. App accepts only 16 digits. Registerd successfully but does not authenticate. Getting error 110391 stating 'we are unable to authenticate consumer id. '

I am regularly booking LPG cylinder via this apps. One important requirement is online payment which is not available in this app. So plz include online payment options in this app to avoid the cash payment.

Applied for a new connection with reference no - N16061014037190286493, since 1 month we visiting the distributor outlet and they says, will be delivered next day every time and some time scold us for online payment and not purchasing accessorise from them. never get any support from distributor or indane customer service, every time try to book a complaint, we end up with server down and cant book a complaint.
