With the SMS Blocker you will block all kinds of spammers and never receive an unwanted text message in your inbox again. All the junk SMS messages are stored inside the app for reference.

Features in a glance:
✔ Block all incoming text messages, block from unknown numbers or add a white or black list. No traces/logs are being left in other messaging apps. No notifications from other apps are displayed.
✔ Block SMS containing text (comma separated list of keywords)
✔ Use general settings or add filters for a specific day and/or time.

This piece of software has helped me battle huge amounts of spam coming from a very hostile old student diagnosed with schizophrenia. Unfortunately after two and a half years of use my GS2 suddenly stopped working and I upgraded to a Nexus 5. The Nexus 5, naturally, comes with KitKat preinstalled and I sincerely hope that you get this magnificent piece of software working on 4.4! Will update to 5/5 as soon as that happens.

This app gives me complete control over SMS and MMS as it covers every posible aspect of blocking unwanted text messages. The difference with similar apps of this kind is that this app is very light on your phone resources due to the fact that the size of the app is small, consequently taking very little of RAM and almost no CPU overload which translate in no battery drainage at all and no lag of you smartphone. You can either block text messages by putting in the 'Black List' those people that you wish to avoid or by defining keywords or phrases ( context message blocking ) which makes the app to block spam messages proactively especially for those junk messages which are hard to catch because they don't contain phone numbers. Also you can set it up to notify you or not whenever a block event occurs, and you can delete a single or multiple text messages from the 'Block Log'. In case a legitimate text message is blocked you can restore it back to the Message Inbox as well. Bottom line is, all these features makes this app powerful and flexible at the same time with no complex user interface, therefore my search for a good text blocker is over. Support is second to none as always.

Sometimes i get text from emails. Wish i could add some to black or white list. It only allows numbers on black/white list

no bad, when tested, but only problem is when a mms, is blocked,when u think its works, it regurgitate, the mms after a day, needs to fix it

App is terrible put a number into the black list and it doesn't block. Then tried to block the contact and still didn't work. Restarted etc and Still didn't work. Last resort was to block all sms etc... Guess what didn't work. Waste of money!!!

The best one I have tried. Devs respond quickly and they quickly add feature requests. Very happy so far, the x wife will be screwing I'm oblivious to all her crappy texts :-) Samsung Galaxy SII with Criskelo Rom v25 and Siyah Kernel v2.0

This app is no good, i block someone, not to call me and text me, it kept pumping text to the person that i block, it really sucks and sucks again , i do not recommend it to anyone.
