ezEstate Agents 1.0

This application is all about real estate industry in UAE. It offers listings in available states of UAE like Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi etc. It also offers exploring the registered real estate companies and RERA certified Agents profiles as well. End-users may search in specific as per their requirement in any of these entities (properties, companies and agents) with an option to mark as 'FAVORITED' multiple properties (if they like).

We offer a global search form to our entire app with 3 tabs to choose the entity users want to search for and where each tab enlists standard fields of information for the chosen entity to find in specific the requirement of end-users.

We do have a detail page for each property, company and agent as well with means of contacting them via Call and Send Message buttons. Call launches the mobile device call function and Send Message launches the contact form to fill up and submit.

We have 2 major types of end-users; one is real estate brokers (includes company and agents both) and other general audience who may be looking for selling, buying renting, real estate companies and agents in UAE. Thus, we decided to launch the app in 2 separate and different packages where basic features are entirely same but in AGENT app Additional Tools are provided those are basically our customized solutions for their day to day tasks. Additional Tools in specific for AGENT app are; Agent Journal and CMA whereas these are not available in USER app. We have a lot more tools for AGENTS in our web application which we planned to add gradually in updated builds of this AGENT app version.

It also gives access to our projects, floor-plans, area guide and few Tools link creating tenancy contract and applying for Ejari Registration which is a paid service and we receive payments through paypal. All features stated in this paragraph are interfaced to our end-users via Web View as we have fully responsive and customized web pages for mobile devices.

Users may also Sign Up / Login and Edit Profile via Settings screen, where few other options like Help/FAQs, Contact Us and Terms and Condition. Whereas in the footer we load banners of real estate companies of our choice via web service
