I reported the app for crashing 3 times and no response from them- I go to open it and it says there's an error and asks if I want to send report or close. I haven't been able to open this app once - nadda -zip- zilch since I've purchased it. I'm using a brand new Samsung galaxy note 3 smart phone so I know it's not because I have a crappy phone. And I'm never buying an app by this company again because they haven't responded to any of my reports.
