Inc. please reinstate the old app. It was such a great app, the ability to download issues and read them off line was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. I am now getting billed for content I can hardly access, and there is no way to contact anyone to ask for assistance!

With the old app you could download an entire issue to read offline with one click. Now you have to be online, articles load at a crawl, and avertisements load along with them. This is an extremely poor app and I know they've gotten feedback about such and have yet to address it.

It's a rubbish app. I can't download an issue and archive it. I haven't read any issue since my subscription last week because the expirience is horrible. Can you send PDF download link instead?

I signed up for the magazine and installed the app. This thing just doesn't work. How can a magazine of this sort not have an app that works ? Incredible.

It is baffling and audacious how inc. cut off subscribers from the old app for this new version - it is incomplete and unreliable. No way to delete downloaded articles to free up memory space on phonr

With the old app i could read back issues offline. Seems you have to be online to read archives. When i have tried the app online it hangs and makes reading frustrating

The worst. Even though I am signed in it keeps telling me to sign in. Also, my free browsing ended.
