This app was working now it's saying shut down error. Please fix this. I'm using a Note 5

I have not been able to login for 2 months now with the app. It keeps telling me that the service is not available. When this app DOES work though, I found it easy to use and straightforward enough. It's not super fancy enough to show you ask your plan details, but for submitting claims it's great.

J'apprécie l'idée d'avoir la carte sans avoir besoin de se connecter, mais s'il n'y a pas de connection Internet disponible, l'application entre dans une boucle infinie au demarrage: ouvre, ferme, ouvre, ferme, etc.. je suis déçu. Je pensais pouvoir avoir l'équivalent de ma carte en tout temps, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Quick simple and efficient

I already registered on the official website, but this app won't let me go through. I kept on having "Incorrect Access code or Password" message on this app.

In spite of the terrible reviews I thought I'd try it for myself. After downloading the app and setting up an account, I couldn't log in. I kept getting a message saying it wasn't available (??) Ridiculous waste of time.

It keeps telling me my registration is incomplete and that I should log in to the secure website to complete it but the website keeps putting my password in uppercase letters automatically I don't know how or why and so now my password is read as incorrect and I can't fix it. I can't complete my registration. Tried a million times and I'm over it . If it's this hard to register then I don't want the app anyway. Would have been nice to file claims on my phone but I'll stick to paper I guess.

Works well and it provided a list of pharmacy close to my house and their prices for comparison. Don't like Express Scripts gets top billing though.

great choice

The app preview shows the ability to submit a claim from your mobile but the app version I downloaded doesn't have it. Also, why isnt there th ability to see a remaining coverage balance for my plan?

I downloaded the app initially and it makes claim submissions so easy! So much better than online submission!

Stop it from crashing in KitKat please....I used to find this app indispensable....

It used to work flawlessly and then for no reason it keeps crashing at the login screen. I tried emptying the cache, deleting data and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Will change rating once the problem is resolved.

Way to go IA!

Unlike most other companies they did it right the first time. It doesn't feel too "iphony" too which is something I like to see. Well done.

excellent app. good info, and easy to navigate. having a image of your card is a bonus.. kudo's to IA and the dev team...
