Blue star ac after sales service is worst my name is anjali arora... from 15 days my ac is not working its in guarantee period ...frequently m calling and asking the service person they r saying the part still not came to replace..no one is reverting properly...may i know whom should i connect to as all fake commitments m getting from service person...

Apparently this app is meant for a particular model of AC Blue Star sells even though most models seem to have the required WiFi hardware. Software limitations suck, especially for a company who says they'll go remote-less entirely and embrace the IoT.

Sir, I'm using Blue star ac only. Ac manual book is not there, then how to activate this app & how to use this. Please give me the reply

Hi, Wifi option is available in this model but smart app is not working. please tell me whu i couldn't able to use.

In the verification step i type the right code but it's keeps on telling tha data illegal & the code you entered is incorrect

Why do you make an app for only two or three models instead of all models. What's the benefit of wifi in ac if I can't control with my mobile. Please improve your app to work with all the models.

Worst app ,, it's not remote of AC ,, without internet not working properly, any kind of appliance​ products remote not required internet to work properly they need only cell battery , but this app third class ,, ye application banaya hi kyo he jab remote ki tarha kaam hi nai karta he to fuddu banane ke liy

Worst app . Trying to enter I'd and password, which are correct, but saying I'd doesn't exist. Worst! ! Why do you make such app which don't work at all.

Make it use through IR blaster ...my AC doesn't support WiFi so I couldn't use this app , but I have IR blaster supported mobile phone

Not working on this model. AC gives second beep and remote shows WiFi sign on, but not able to add device in this app. Manual configuration, AC hotspot not shown/available. Fix this soon.

Dear blue star, I have CNHW12CAF inverter AC. this app is not recognising it's own verification code for registration. Further not completing the connection process at all. Tried many times. Do respond. Would love to rate it again.

Just made the app for inverter AC makes no sense. It will be helpful to us if it is compatable with other models of blue star too.

No meaning of developing an app based on ac model. Should be universal and have to work with all models of Bluestar.
