I am an existing IMS student and I am unable to login as you have not provided any details for that.. Should I use IMS pin as password or IMS portal password?? Though i have tried all bt got nothing..Also it is not accepting new signup n says email already exist.. Plz respond asap..

It is not starting up . I don't know why it is asking for id n password but then also not starting up
