Used in our organization, very helpful and works appropriately. I want the option so that beep scontinue intermittently until message is viewed. I am working in a noisy environment. Sometimes, I cannot hear the beeps even though it is set to the highest level. Sometimes, I have failed to look at the messages because of this.
