Booked car using app got the confirmation email. Twenty mins after due time no taxi. Phoned office and they said no record of booking at all even though I had email that booking had been accepted. Was almost called a lier and as i was told I can't possibly have made a booking!

Still seems to be faulty, error when trying to submit my taxi request, ultimately non functional as an app at present, needs more work
