Absolutely the worst app I have ever tried to use. Unable to provide the most basic function such as reading the content I have purchased. Login information works on website and phone, but not on tablet. DO NOT BUY ANY CONTENT TO USE WITH THIS APP!

I have an android and you can't scroll to a certain page or search easily. The book looks like it is zoomed in and not formatted properly for an android. It works fine on my computer. This app is not phone friendly....

M70%
by M####:

Save your time and effort and just buy the paper books. I thought it would be great to have the materials on hand at all times but this is a joke. The books are set up as a scroll but there is no option to resize to read the entire page at one time. Had I known the app was going to be this horrible I would have never bought the ebook. And judging by the reviews it seems no effort has been made to correct the problem.

M70%
by M####:

Not Functional. Unable to navigate ebook. No page numbers and footer on bottom which displays page numbers making it easy to navigate is missing when viewed on Android/Samsung Note. AHA made aware and they said they will " Pass it on to Development Team". The testing for ACLS is now open book, try finding anything the instructor is referencing without page numbers, takes forever.

I expected more from such a prestigious company. This doesn't even function correctly.

M70%
by M####:

Freezes, does not download, nothing but a waste of time. AHA should use a reader that works, like kindle. I-central is a useless app.

M70%

Can't scroll, slow response, needs severe improvement.

THIS IS ONE of THE WORST Apps I EVER USED!

Q70%
by Q####:

I had to download the books very frequently, almost before each use. Tried uninstall and reinstall with the same result

Great, instead of having hard copies, you have all your books in one place.

This app is just a waste of time!! This is the third update that has been sent out and it still does not work. The app keeps saying the program has stopped working!! I want my money back since I am going to have buy the paper version of all my manuals!!

I70%

I downloaded and paid for everything and got to the point to ooen the book and it doesn't work... and it was updated like vibe days ago...what's the deal? Can I get my money back

M70%

Terrible app, functionality is sub, substandard. Too many issues to list - don't waste your $ on this App put out by AHA for suckers. They should refund $ for everyone who bought this App. Buy the physical book, not this scam!

Spent 38 dollars on an app that doesn't even work on apple or android just through the internet grrrrr good info but I expected to be able to read it onmy phone,or ipod

E70%

I have a Note 4. Choppy display, poor navigation and unlegible graphics.

V70%
by V####:

The app doesn't transition between well chapters properly. Turning the screen from portrait to landscape causes the page position to be lost. You're better off getting the physical book, especially if it's required in class.

E70%
by E####:

The ebook design the AHA used is spelling. The ACLS provider guide is only 10 digital pages! Its impossible to find specific information by scrolling, no real usable table of contents, its awful. I would have rather paid double for overnight shipping for the actual book. The reader here is also a waste of space, set up as poorly as the ebooks.

M70%
by M####:

Nearly impossible to use on android. Cannot navigate...waste of money!

On aha, you can purchase through Google plus, here it doesn't let you use that.

I used this for an ACLS course, and it is the worst e-book app I have ever seen. No ability to jump to a page (no page numbers in the book for that matter) and no ability to scroll quickly through the material. You could jump to the start of another chapter but that was about it. Absolutely unusable as far as trying to follow along with an instructor in class, and incredibly cumbersome if you want to look up a specific piece of information. Also: if I type "lidocaine" into a search box and it doesn't give me the option of going to the page in the appendix with the indications, contraindications, doses, etc. for the drug, you have done something wrong. Is there some reason AHA won't publish this material on Amazon or another platform that actually has a decent interface?

I purchased the ACLS ebook and downloaded it in the ebook app. The app tells me the ebook file is corrupted. I delete it and download again as instructed by the app. Still no success. I called the AHA customer service line and they give me another number to call which sends me to an automated answering service that instructs me to leave a message and I will be contacted in 24 hrs. I don't need the book in 24 hrs, I need it now. They didn't wait to take my money 24 hrs later. DO NOT PURCHASE BOOK OR USE APP!

Waste of lots of money $38 to be exact. Very hard to n learn and pass a test when you can barely get access to choppy information on the internet version

V70%

Kept getting "Invalid user credentials" error when logging in. Finally got logged in after several emails to support. The eBook app is clunky to use. AHA should have used Google Play Books, the Amazon Kindle app, or Inkling as the eBook app.

I can't say anything about the quality of the app since I can't even log in to get access to my ebook. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. When I try to log in, it says "invalid user credential". Pretty frustrating since I already paid for the book.

Despite what some of the other people have said I have no problem reading the ACLS Providers manual on this app. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet in landscape mode and once I got everything set up it hasn't been an issue. The real issue lies in the fact that it does not save or loses the notes that I have taken. I started reading the book before my class to get a rough understand and made some highlights and took some notes about things to remember or questions I had. Upon opening the app again everything was gone! This was frustruating to say the least and made me decide to get the paper book for note taking and use this for quick reference in class only.

Q70%
by Q####:

I agree with other reviewers that the app is poor for the ACLS provider manual.

U70%
by U####:

This app is beyond terrible. Doesn't function at all. I wonder if anyone from the AHA has actually tried to read a book in here.

C70%

The android app is choppy and poor user interface. Transition from one chapter to another is very laggy. I have to close the app then reopen it to get to the chapter I want. AHA please fix the bug or exchange me for a paperback.
