Why is it important to monitor your INR?:

Your INR (International Normalised Ratio) reading is a way of measuring the time it takes for your blood to clot. This is achieved through a regular blood test called an INR test. This will be tested either by your GP, anticoagulant clinic or physician (or self-tested) to ensure that your prescribed dose is correct. If your INR reading is too high, you are at greater risk of bleeding, so your dose may need to be reduced. If its too low, your medication is not working sufficiently which may increase the risk of clots. Everyone dose of Warfarin or Coumadin is unique.

Frequent INR monitoring allows for a more accurate adjustment in your medication dose to achieve your 'Target INR'. Use My INR to help monitor your INR and treatment, minimising the risks of clots forming.

Had this app quite a while back on my phone, but didn't use it much, and got a new phone. Needing to track my INR better, I came across a familiar app & installed it. And...WOW! Came a long way! There's a clear tutorial that isn't a boring hassle, setting up your profile. It offers reminders, doesn't force unwanted communication on you. It's self-contained to not mess with other apps & settings, and it does everything you could need for tracking your daily dosage in case you have changes, notes in case there's a difference in directions, a calendar to track your next appt - reminder available. I honestly don't have a suggestion for changes. It wouldn't be a bad thing to develop a full medication tracker...

I love it. The only thing needed is to be able to sync with other tablets or my phone. I had to reset my tablet because of a virus and I lost my INR history. I'm really disappointed about that, but I do love it.

What a perfect app to help remember if I have taken my Warfarin or not. Also love to see the graph of my INR readings over time. This app does a better than expected job of tracking meds and INR readings.

Been using this app for the last 8 months and it's been really helpful! I would like to see a feature change in the duration of the dosage. Currently, one can go up to 31 days. However, for the first time now, my next INR test appointment is 35 days (5 weeks) away. Could the next version have the capability to set the dosage duration to any amount of days, please?

Love this app for monitoring my INR and warfarin dosage. But its a kind of difficult to restore the data if you plan to switch your device. I will give 5 stars if you could add import csv features or make patient's data stored online.

The app has everything needed to monitor my INR. There is room for new features like printing and sharing data among multiple devices, but the features present work well, so I gave it Five Stars

Really good design. Nice simple and very use able and intuitive. A lot of thought has gone into this app. Deserves merit for that. I think a widget with today's dose, and other info would be good.

App is great, needs a. Few more things alarm audio to take and report taking of meds. The icon, doesn't remind you if your not looking at it. Vibration maybe too.

Day two on warfarin and am finding this app very helpful on my phone although I also have it on my ipad and I was hoping that they would talk to each other but they don't appear to.

Love the app! Reminds me to take my meds, attend appointments, and now to export data! I wish more apps re: health were this easy to use and manage. Thank you ☺

I would like to see the coumadin dose daily and wish the app allowed you to save your daily dose long term. Also putting the coumadin dose on the graph with the INR would be very helpful. That way you can see your INR and what dose you were on that day. Otherwise it's great for just tracking your INR, but needs work to track the coumadin dose.

I can't share the date

X70%
by X####:

I wish there was a reminder sound because when I don't see my notifications, I don't check the app that I've taken my coumadin and there does not appear to be a way of going back to mark that I've taken my coumadin for the day. A great app other than that.

This is very useful, thank you. But is there no way to add more "brand" of medication? Lot of people neither use warfarin nor coumadin, but something else. And for daily use I think useful to have dose like ½, 1, 1½, etc, not only mg.

When I put in my current date it undated the day before. Example, put info for June 12 calendar undated my info as June 11. No way to edit wrong date. Not happy with app. Will Uninstall hoping author can fix date problem and add an edit in case of mistakes. Would really like to use this app for my inr diary. It meets my needs.
