Unexplainable store the unexplainable service. Resolved the multiple login problem within 24 hours. The lovely devlopers with fantastic service response.

But they make it impossible to recover recordings you purchased on another device. UPDATE: Despite the developers response below I still do not have access to my purchases. I followed the the steps they provided, nothing happened. These recordings were not cheap, may have to resolve through Google customer service.

I adore this app. It has literally changed my life! Absolutely no word of a lie... be as sceptical as you want, the tones for different body and mind really have helped me. In fact, I stopped using it for a while there and my body slumped back to its old sluggish ways. I'm back listening through the night to my specially formulated play lists and I'm feeling on top of the world again. And I never usually feel this good in the winter months. I'm seriously considering a lifetime membership.

Really nice app with a wide range of different recordings for different needs. It's a shame though that you can't listen to them and some other sounds coming from different app simultaneously. For example I would like to play a YouTube video or do breathing exercises which have their own sounds to them and I can't do it because Brainwave will simply stop playing. Other than that, good job

The first time I use this app, my head aches a bit as if it was rejecting the brainwaves but after a period of time, my head stops aching and began to relax. It's really effective. It is inconvenient for those who don't have paypal account like me because you have to purchase tones. I hope some will be free in the future.

I used to love this app. I told everyone about it but now you have to pay for absolutely everything on it. How can it be the "top" app when it's been around for so long and it only has 50 thousand subscribers? Come on. You've gotten a little too expensive for most people.

Customer service is terrible. It's a shame, since this would be a good app if it actually worked. I've subscribed for the past few months, and constantly have to contact them because they keep unsubscribing me and/or changing my subscription date - without my consent. The most frustrating thing is that they take their time to respond by email. There's no phone number to call them. They told me it would not be convenient for me to speak to them on the phone. I disagree.

It's an app is use regularly but since doing a factory reset on my galaxy S6 due to battery issues, when I try redownloading the app, it doesn't go further than 16% after a long while and then gives me error 495 message. What should I do to get my tracks back?

This app continues to charge us even though the services are not functioning. I requested a phone number to call but they refused. Their reason is that they are in China and it would be an inconvenience to us to call them. We are in contact with Google and they are conducting an investigation. I am also in contact with law enforcement in China. These people should be in prison.

Can't transfer between devices. Contacted their feedback email account for the past 3 days and no response. Really disappointed.

I expected more variety or stronger changes in my personality, anything in development. I'd be willing to fully test that stuff and give feedback. I can handle anything.

Can't log into server by using any methods after the last update. Keeps coming back with a busy server message

Love the app, but am having problems retrieving the tracks I bought! There's always a message saying 'network error', but how can that be if the purchase was approved and I have been able to download other apps and update other ones? Will give it 5 stars when my issues are resolved!!!

It's one of the BEST decisions I've ever made! I absolutely love the app and it's enormous selection of brainwaves. The customer support Center is also top notch and is able to assist immediately, with any issues you may encounter.

I paid $20 for a month's membership, and I still can't find anything I don't have to pay for. I've bought two meditations, one of which is almost too intense. I believe in the power of tonalities to help the meditation process, but all I hear is the ringing of a cash register.

I can't understand why it would need camera, microphone, location, other running apps to fulfill it's described features.

App of the night offered it and when I dwn loaded it and opened it . Unfortunately it didn't take. It may be the fault of app of the Day/night. And unfortunately iam uninstalling the app. Blessed be

Service non functional . Lodged a complaint .All i got was instead an autorenewal of the subscription. It is a scam !!! Repeated attempts to contact them to get me playy subscribed beats...have yielded no response.

App wold not open on my Galaxy S5

Ever since I have been listening to this app its been the best. My BP has been great and so normal, that my Doctor stated he wish his was like mine. I get so stress free and relaxed after listening to this app. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants that calm state of mind like I have.

Didn't work for some reason on my main phone so I installed on a different phone Samsung J1 now it's fine.

I've been using Binaural and isochronic tones for quite a few years this is my go to for quality overall
