As far as I can tell, the PAID version of the title recording mainly adds 24 minutes of ocean waves. That was disappointing. If your hearing is weak, the ocean waves in background may obscure GH's words. While the free version includes the very nice solfeggio sample and a wake up ending option, the full version of RSW adds a couple less impressive shorts.

This is a great hypnosis audio. I love the positive affirmations in it too. The only problem is that at the end it wakes you up, so if I listen to the full 30-minute version with affirmations then I wake up at the end and can't get back to sleep easily. the 12-minute sleep booster leaves you sleeping but does not have all the good affirmations. I wish there was a 30-minute version exactly the same as this except that it guided you to stay asleep at the end.

As a person prone to stress and negativity, I was in search of an app which I could utilize for my psychological health, all I can say is that I'm glad I picked this app out of the hundreds available. For those who are skeptical, I say, try the free lite version of this app and really take it seriously. Let yourself go, it really works. As a practicing Christian and recovering alcoholic and addict, I have added this relaxation technique to my prayer life as a tool to work on my anger issues. A great help :)

I'm sorry but this is useless. It repeatedly claims to be downloading to the SD card but when you play it just begins download again and again and again. Worse I see another review with the same problem from months ago, so the company is obviously not bothering to update. It gets worse - I finally managed to access a file directly, without the app - and it wakes you up at the end of it! What use is that?? Glenn is generally good, if you can get past the cockney accent but this is a really lame app and recording. I thought the paid version wouldn't wake me up but it still does. My advice is to look elsewhere. Sorry.

I down loaded it then i had to download the individual sessions in it. They wouldn't work finally i get them to work, and now the one i want to use had quit again
