Not calming at all. In fact, I found it more annoying than anything. The talking in this is way, way too fast. I've listened to a few hypnosis tapes and this has got to be the worst for me. Each to their own I guess!

This app is great for anyone looking for a Bricktop esque hypnotherapy soundtrack a la Snatch. I kept expecting the bloke to end every instruction with "or else I'll cut off your jacobs!" He may be a top hypnotherapist but for me, his 'cockney esque" accent didn't calm me one bit. Haha
